This is the second time going to this clinic and their reception is horrible. I got a liver scan done over 3 months ago and I have called them various times to schedule a follow up for my results and they either don't answer the phone or say I have to call back later for more appointment slots. I thought it was the doctor/receptions job to call patients back regarding their results. Horrible experience each time

The lady on the phone cannot hear properly and is very rude. It was just a simple request to cancel the appointment. Avoid this clinic.

Digestive Health Clinic
Great experience at this clinic. Went in for a gastroscopy. I was very nervous as the procedure required the use of anesthesia however the staff/nurses and anesthesiologist were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr. Khorasani performed my procedure and he immediately made me feel comfortable and had a friendly demeanour. Overall, the process was quite smooth and the procedure went well.

They ignored the request for a colonoscopy sent by the doctor at the beginning, which is incredible (my doctor booked both a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy for me). After that, they kept asking me for the operative report of my previous colonoscopy instead of sending me the email/document introducing the preparation for the colonoscopy. Seeing from the reviews, this is not an isolated case. They are very very unprofessional in helping the patients get prepared for the procedures.

I had an Endoscopy done here this morning. Excellent service. Special thanks to Dr Karen Chan and the Anaesthetic Doctor attending who were so gentle and painstaking to make me comfortable. All attending staff, from front desk to technicians were very professional, and courteous. In spite of volume of people everyone was patient and kind and being a senior at 77 years that is really appreciated. Kudos to Digestive Health.

Had appointment booked for colonoscopy and was never given and documents for preparation required for this procedure. After reading all that is required for colonoscopy, just wondering how well the procedure would go without any preparation.. In the required preparation also mention you can't drive for the day and I was driving myself... Please avoid this clinic, if you must please ask for all pertain information, it's a matter of life or death. I had to pick a star, if I could I would have rated them -5
