Mango cheese cloud 10/10Interior of the building 10/10The variety of drinks 10/10The drink cup. One hole for the straw and one to drink straight from the cup 10/10Only flaw the price but you’re getting the best quality drink there is so it makes sense. Best bubble tea place in Hamilton.

Presotea is the go to for us in Hamilton. We have tried pretty much every bubble tea spot in the city and Presotea has us coming back with their amazing variety, fresh ingredients and great customer service.I recommend anything fruity!

LONG WAIT TIMES!Arrived here and waited about 10 mins for our order to be taken. After that, waited 40 minutes for our drinks to be made. Had I know a bubble tea would take 40 while minutes to make I would not have ordered from here. Ridiculously long waiting times and I saw someone who had ordered after me receive his drink well before mine, which does not make sense to meI would never come back here again.

Great first experience! Really welcoming friendly staff. Great service. HUGE menu. I'm gonna have to try so many new drinks here. They make them look so good. Went with the classic mango slush w/ mango chunks and tapioca to start and it was really good. Can't wait to go back.

Drinks were delicious! Staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked what their favourite fruit tea drink was, and went with that as my order. Definitely loved it! The Passion Fruit Lime Aloe Vera and Basil Seed drink is so tasty! The Mango Green Tea with Mango Jelly was also great!

Our usual place was closed (cocos) so we decided to try something new. This place is top tier! We ordered through Uber eats with special instructions to be half sweet and they’re perfect. We got the honeydew milk tea with tapioca and the sakura hokkaido milk tea with tapioca. My only negative is we got normal ice and it was all melted by the time our delivery person got here - maybe select more ice if you’re ordering delivery. Excellent taste though, we will be back!

I never usually leave reviews but it was my first time coming here today and the lady that served me had was adorable and had an amazing personality. Made my day and left me with the biggest smile on my face. The brown sugar panda mt was also really good. I hope to come back again soon!
