Marvellous experience at the store. Being First time home buyer we were less aware of products. But Mr.Prince helped us in all buying stuff for our new house. Highly recommend Regina buyers to must visit at store. You can grab great deals with up to date furniture.Thanku brick. Keep up good work.

Came in from Moose Jaw, checked a few different furniture stores out. We wanted to leave with a couch same day. The Brick Outlet had great deals. We came in and were helped by RAJ. He was super friendly and did not pressure us. We picked out what we liked and he gave us a wicked deal! He really went above and beyond and helped us load the couches up and strap them down safely. Great experience and RAJ was just fantastic to deal with! Thanks again RAJ.

Raj helped us find a new king size mattress and box spring set. He listened to what we were looking for and kept our price range in mind. He was very knowledgeable and gave us more information about the 10 year manufacturer warranty on the mattress. Raj was very friendly and was not pushy at all, which I appreciated as walking into a sales environment can be stressful for me. After showing us three sets that were in our price range, he stepped away to give us space to discuss our selection privately. We really appreciated the interaction we had with Raj, overall great experience!

I head very bad experience with Brick.When they are selling any product they are telling take warranty with it any problem in 5 years you can claim,But after 2 years I try to claim under warranty they said this is not under guidelines and they rejected 3 times.Do not buy any product from this company go somewhere else.

We recently made a visit to Brick Outlet for a Refrigerator, Over The Range Microwave and a table set and we were overly impressed with the help we received from Prince. We were greeted, given time to scope the inventory then approached for additional assistance. Prince was very helpful in recommending the right product for our home and was transparent on the products’ quality and longevity. He was very patient in answering all of our questions to ensure we were confident with our purchases. Delivery was hassle-less and made on the day + time we selected at the store- No reschedules or delays (luckily)! Highly recommend checking out The Brick Outlet.

Friends and I were there to resolved an issue with a monthly contract. My friends didn't sign for a monthly payments, but so much down each month. The manager put them on a contract, which has higher fees.With out them knowing until they got a letter stating there New contract. Which was wrong. It took them over two an half weeks to resolve it. From this experience they will don't shop there anymore. So be carefully of what is going on with your contract and manager explaining hidden words.
