Petro-Canada

Tonight I came to this station at 9:40 to get gas clerk says that they are closed... the time that google states that they close is 10. Lazy employee should be fired no gas station should be closed before 10PM. Such a joke in a city like Vancouver to have a gas station close before 10, what gives? So to the manager who runs this station, fire whoever worked last shift of August 15th 2019 or you are hurting your own business and endorsing incompetence employees.

They offer" propane exchanges. Clerk refused to exchange a certified

Brutal service! Was told no problem for propane exchange but they wouldn't do it. They wasted my time and lied. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Wouldn't accept a propane bottle for exchange that I originally purchased there. Bottle had some surface rust but otherwise good. Take your business elsewhere.

Trash. Clerk lied about someone being in the washroom. I asked if the clerk was concerned that someone was in the wr for 15+ min and not responding to knocks. He said no and stared off into space.

Why do I have the worst of luck with majority of Petro Canada‘s that I have encountered and use? Another incident at this Petro Canada not accepting my points for my Lotto. That is the entire purpose of why I buy my lotto tickets at Petro Canada‘s due to the promotions they have.Please Petro Canada, can you please train your employees much better, but it starts from the management and owners of each Petro Canada. I love trying to go to support you guys, but it’s like pulling teeth for simple things that are run within your business. Please look at my track record with Petro Canada‘s and I have even been to our expressed my concerns to corporate office. One very loyal, but frustrated Petro Canada client/patron. <3

By far the most expensive in the area, go to the Chevron literally less than 8 blocks down Macdonald on 16th and you'll save 10%

One of best petro gas station i have never seen, the washrooms are super clean and staff are always polite and very patient.

This Petro Canada branch, I asked the clerk where the washroom is and he said that we don't have a washroom. Then I saw the door to the washroom outside the store and I asked his again and he said we have but it is closed now I do not recommend that you come to this branch.
