I just had my second vehicle in for ceramic coating. To echo Camille's praise, scratches and swirls gone. It came out looking much better than it did from the dealership. As always, awesome job!

Pro Touch has always been my go-to place for any car detailing needs. Over the years, I took my cars and family cars there several times for a variety of services/packages. They always do a great job, and I end up leaving happy and satisfied. The last time I got my car detailed there, I was overall happy, but with all honesty, some things could have been done a bit better as they were in the past. I noticed a couple of things that more detail could have been done, for example; like the cup holders in the rear seats and corners of pockets at side of the doors( hard to get to places), and I thought there was going to be a better job done with lifting stains from seats( with all fairness maybe that wasn't included in my package or that they tried their best) I know some stains can be complicated. Again, this is nothing to discourage me from returning in the future or to recommend this business as an excellent choice for your car detailing needs. I just thought that this was at least worth noting. If I could, I would have chosen 4.5/5 just for my last visit, 5/5 all other times. It is also worth noting that they are very professional and have excellent customer service!!

They did a good job on my ceramic coating, about a month ago, no complaints.

I called pro detailing after another company couldn't get my wheel clean. They were extremely accommodating and got my vehicle in within minutes. I was hopeful but fully expecting the rust stains on my wheel from worn brakes would not come off. Not only did they get my wheel clean it looked like brand new again. Got ceramic coating done on my car and it looks and works amazing. It’s been over a week and despite weather conditions, my car still looks clean. With this service, for a little extra they took care of all the scratches I had and I got my car back looking better than when I bought it off the lot. My car had been flooded, only the carpet was affected. The smell from the dirt and road grime was almost unbearable once the carpets had dried. After the crew at pro touch did a full carpet clean, the smell was gone and the carpet looked brand new!
