They were very helpful in taking care of my grandfather. I don’t live near and they were able to cook, clean and accompanying him to appointments so he could stay living independently. He liked the caregiver and requested for her to visit more for the company, she also made meals and treats that he was accustomed to and enjoyed. I don’t know what I would have done without this service. Highly recommended.

I haven’t used their service but I called to inquire based on my situation. I was pleasantly surprised by Markayla’s efforts in going above and beyond to help me with my situation. She explained in detail why their service might not suit my needs, especially because I needed something the same day. That’s nowhere close to the end of the story folks, she listened to what I was struggling with, considering this is my first week in CA, and suggested alternatives to try.She even researched some options herself and sent me pictures of their postings with contact details.I can’t imagine how meticulous and amazing their service must be, when I was absolutely in awe with their treatment when I wasn’t their target customer.Please give her a raise!PS: If I messed up the spelling of your name Markayla, please respond to this review and I’ll correct it. Just Like Family Home Care is a great company. I had such a great experience with Jeff and staff. He was so helpful in whatever my family needed and I would contact this company again in a heartbeat next time we are in need of home care.

Just Like Family has been a literal God send for the elderly lady (and myself) that I am guardian for. Just Like Family is very careful in making their matches with clients and her companions have been helpful making me aware of her needs as well as keeping her involved with activities, conversations, outings, medical appointments and like house work if necessary. I would strongly recommend Just Like Family to anyone needing assistance with a family or friend living at home or in a residence.
