My Fiancé and I went to the Lee Valley store on Thursday, January 19th looking for kitchen hardware.Upon entering the location within seconds we were greeted by John, an upbeat attitude, a helpful hand and a smile on his face, he helped us with navigating the store and making a list to print off of all the material we would need.Renovations can be costly, but compared to other places we have gone, the kitchen hardware was almost one half the price!It was our first visit to the store and we will definitely be going back, thanks again to John for helping us create our dream kitchen.

There are lots of great time saving items, but be careful there are some things I think were invented for gadget collectors.Feb 8 2023. I'm just in here again today. Had fantastic customer service by Maria. Extremely helpful.

It was my first time in this store. I had a great experience with the staff. I was an unfortunate witness to a someone who had an accident in the store. The staff were concerned, caring and tried to help in the best way they could. They did a great job looking after the person while still helping customers.

Nov 2022This is the handyman, craftsman supply store dream.This is my main store for buying all the misc supplies and tools I require for my small wood business. I also buy some leather craft tools here.Small hinges and many other hard to find supplies.Staff is great and helpful.Quality is great.Just purchased a full mask for my lathe work. I am very pleased with it.Highly recommend this store.

Excellent quality products. If you don't like it just return it! No questions asked! I have been shopping there since 1981 and can count on one hand the number of items I have returned. They are primarily a woodworking tool co. But have branched out to gardening, kitchen and now leather tools.

Very friendly and helpful. The salesperson who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. Explain thing very well. She didn't try to up sell me anything more than what I wanted. Would recommend Lee Valley and will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Excellent service!The folks at Lee Valley always have good advice and a pleasant disposition.They also have parts for many hobbies. I am not a woodworker but am always in the store getting shims, and stop collars, and gardening stuff, gifts for the hard to buy for, and the quality miscellaneous 'stuff' that I cannot find anywhere else.Highly recommended.

I really enjoy both this Lee Valley store and online site with the in-store pickup option. I was in this location last Friday and a gentleman named Dave took care of me offering advice and no pressure sales. He was very helpful as it was my first time on a specific project and he offered great knowledge. My favourite items from Lee Valley are their selection of sliders and pull out hardware as well as the selection and stock of various Kreg products.
