I waited two weeks to get my oil change/tire change over (busy time of year, I get it) I adjusted my work schedule to allow time to drop my car off and wait for the servicing. When I showed up for my appointment there was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed. I understand these are challenging times and covid can cause businesses to shut down on short notice, BUT you would think they would have had the common courtesy to notify  their customers who had scheduled appointments and taken time out of their busy day to get their vehicle to the shop. Now I must wait another week before I can get my car serviced at another garage. Definitely  won't be going back.

The worst and most racist place I ever dealt with in the last 11 years in halifax. My appointment was at 11:15 am and I made it there at 11:07 am and he said I was too late because my appointment was at 11 am and we are fully booked !! If I have an appointment let say by 11 am and that time slot was booked for me so how come there was another car by 11 am !! I tried with him and refused even trying to get in !! I left and I went to Mighty tire and he was fully booked and he took my car and he said he would try his best to squeeze my car !!

Great customer service. Very helpful and efficient. Will definitely be using Coast again.

Try getting a written quote here for 4 spring / summer tires. Impossible. They have none yet so won't give a price. Way too much ATTITUDE from clerkUpdate; HQ in NB quickly connected with me to apologize for the terrible experience. Their POS terminals do generate 30 day price protected Quotes. HQ is going to educate" this location on helping customers

Pretty fast and decent work done here. I used to work for a company that takes their cars here so they’re always quick to get our cars back to us so we could get back to work. Been here a couple times for my own car since then and the work is usually done pretty fast, not sure if it is because they recognize me from dropping off company cars or they’re always that fast. Overall a decent place to get general work done, but I’d still consider going to your dealership for anything big.

Went in to get an alignment. They wouldn’t do it because I had a broken coil. Just had a safety and repair at another shop and they told me it was fine. I asked for more information at the front desk and they brushed me off. Take it to another place and they tell me the coil just has a bit of rust on it and will be fine.I’m tired of being treated badly by mechanics because I am a woman. Waste of time won’t go again.

Very honest and friendly. Hard to find Nokian Tires but they're a dealer. Really appreciated how thorough and helpful they were.

My experience getting an oil change was excellent here. Scott and his team went above and beyond, even helping me find replacement tires for a damaged tire I hadn't noticed. Highly recommend.

Been dealing with this team since 2011 when they were at their original Bedford location. Staff have always been friendly, they work quickly and have been honest about their work. Before buying my new car in 2016 they gave me good advice on which vehicle to get and almost 4 years in, haven't had any issues to date.Their new location in Dartmouth is excellent. Free wifi, coffee and a little work area makes bringing your car in much less of a time waster, especially if you're looking at a multi-hour repair. If you want to just watch tv, surf the web, watch a movie or catch up on some work, they've made it really easy and comfortable to do. I even joked around that I'd just come in there to work even if I didn't need to bring my car and I was told that I was more than welcome to do so!Great staff, top notch service and great facility to boot. I'll continue to give them my business as I've had no regrets.
