Robert and Clem went above and beyond painting our new home and removing the textured ceiling. Not only were they incredibly professional and timely, they made the effort to include small details that we did not even consider initially (like painting the interior closets and shelves). Robert & Clem Marleau are fantastic! They do great work, they're quick & efficient. They start a job, they finish it on time and it's well done. They can do it all and they do it on time and on budget! That's hard to find!

Definitely recommend MARLEAU’s for high quality workmanship at a good price. We have used MARLEAU’s for 3 projects in our home and have been extremely impressed. Basement renovation after sewer backup. Bedroom painting and removal of a closet. Refinishing wood floors and painting of living room, dining room and hallway.The estimates were fair and if they needed to add or change something in the estimate they consulted us first. They showed up when they said they would and did great work and always cleaned up afterward. Rob and Clem are fantastic contractors and project managers. We will definitely be calling on them for our future home improvements.

I am reminded that I owe Marleau’s Action Maintenance an exceptional review. Clément and Robert (père et fils, respectively) and Narcisse did an amazing job preparing my mother’s house for listing in a frighteningly short period of time. As advertised, the team was precise, punctual, professional and polite (I added that final ‘p’ word :o) You’re welcome !). Highlights included painting the entire house, spray-painting, carpeting etc. the basement (now literally unrecognizable and no longer scary), recreating c. 1930’s crown molding (Clément discovered his inner Michelangelo), reclaiming the original hardwood floors (hidden under c. 1930’s – no really - carpeting), and other jobs I have no doubt forgotten. In the end, the house was listed and sold in less than an hour for well over asking. I have already recommended MAM to friends and family and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

We had stucco removed from our ceilings and had several rooms repainted. The team was very professional, they completed the work on time and maintained a very clean workspace. They are good hard working guys that did a very high quality job. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.
