SmithWerks New Westminster Carpet Cleaning

Dave our technician arrived right on time with a HUGE smile! Friendly and courteous, Dave quickly demonstrated that he is a consummate professional asking questions regarding our area rugs to ensure the right cleaning solutions were used. Dave was able to get out all the 'gum' that had been dropped on our rugs (located in a commercial space) and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend SmithWerks - super responsive, easy to work with, great value and most importantly they do a really good job! I would definitely use their services again and most certainly would request Dave! If you are looking for a reliable company that cares about doing the job right - this is the one!!!

I used SmithWerks as they had very high reviews and I was not disappointed. Freddie my technician showed up a few minutes early, was pleasant, courteous and professional. It was an old house with stained carpets and he managed to get almost all the stains out. Will definitely use them again.

It was very easy to book a service appointment with SmithWerks. Jason arrived spot on time. He was courteous, personable and professional. He worked quietly with minimum disruption and was finished in less time than anticipated.

These guys are professional, courteous, know their business and how to get in and out with the least amount of disruption possible. Freddie was courteous and professional and let me know traffic was holding him back a few minutes, not keeping me wondering. His work was fantastic and the job was top notch. Rugs are a very difficult thing to clean and they are never going to be as they were when you bought them. SmithWerks did great work, the rug looks as it did 14 years ago. 'Freddie' did amazing work, not 3 weeks after it was cleaned - he spot cleaned red wine. All gone, no traces. Great work team.

Freddie and Jason were our technicians for some carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. They were on time, very professional and super funny. The job they did for our carpets and upholstery were amazing. They answered all of our questions and gave us some great tips. We have used SmithWerks before this time and will continue using them.
