Food was made fresh however, the restuarant was very clean and Good. Cleaning products on the counter with the napkins and drink covers were all organized and clearly touched and clean! Tables have been wiped after patrons had used them. Poutines are poorly done and also their fish burgers. It's like they slapped the filet burger and served it with care. I would think twice before dining in here

Pasties are not clean at all!!! The one lady scratched her hair and shakes her head as she was standing right infront of the display waiting for the hamburgers . Absolutely disgusting and then proceeded to grab the hamburgers and fries and put them in the bag. I lost my appetite by that point watching through the open window in the eatery . Also no one wearing hair nets . I'm disgusted and turned off . Never eating here again . Don't eat there not clean

Today, august 15, 2021, at noon I went to this location and the fry cook is literally wearing a house coat/robe and pajamas. There is always a long wait and half the time they don't do the customizations you ask for, even though they put the receipt that says no pickles" on the burger. The girls always have nail polish on or fake nails

I’m kinda shocked by the ratings but I guess I haven’t eaten here enough times to know one way or the other. I’ve gotten breakfast about 2 years ago and had no issue. Went again a few days ago to get a Big Mac and McDouble and both were great. I’ve never seen such a perfect looking BigMac with full toppings and sitting upright… staff were friendly though it did take about 5 minutes as it was a busy Friday. Still haven’t experienced any issues.

Toys are months outdated. We just got 4 nuggets in a 6 pack. And both sets of buns with burgers tasted stale

Staff good, very honest and generally kind. Managers are gonna be managers but the majority staff will look out for you if you're patient and understanding. Yeah!!

Got 3 oreo mcflurries delivered from this location, two were fine, one had almost no oreos. If I could add a pic I would.

I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. The workers were standing around talking to there friends that DIDNT EVEN ORDER FOOD. While my food was waiting to be made. Do not go to this McDonald’s.

Im so sick of both bowmanville mcdonalds locations if you want to wait half an hour for the simplest items on the menu come to bowmanville. If you actually want to get your food made right and in a decent time i have to drive to the Newcastle location on the 35/115 im so sick of how many times my order is forgotten about or have been sitting in the drive thru or waiting area inside its absolutely ridiculous
