We switched to this clinic and I am so glad we did. All the staff members have been very great. My doctor is Dr Kanji and she has been wonderful in setting us up with a solid plan. I had a procedure with Dr Garcia, and I am thankful for her and team for their kindness, education and taking great care of me. We are so hopeful !

This clinic has been amazing! Dr. Chan and her team have been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Dr. Kanji did the retrieval and it went so well!

As a new patient to MFC, I am overwhelmed by the kindness, timely responses, professionalism, and overall superb interactions I've had with every staff member. From admin to nurses, andrology, and my physician Dr. Chan... the MFC group has been wonderful!! I am so thankful to have this amazing team on my side throughout this journey. I am just getting started with IVF and feel confident and comfortable with my care team. Cannot highly recommend enough.

Bless Dr. Garcia for taking me on during the pandemic. We ended up getting pregnant without intervention and she still took me on from day 1. They were so attentive and made the whole process of appointments/scans/bloodwork so smooth. Just a calming experience during a hectic time.I am pregnant now 16 weeks with my 2nd and I cannot get an OB or a midwife. Trying to get appointments for scans and bloodwork has been so difficult.The difference has been night and day between the care I've received from being able to work with the clinic to going through the province. Pregnancy care across the province should be as it was for me at the MFC.I was so appreciative of the care you guys gave me at the time, but did not realize just how lucky I was to get that kind of care.

Unfortunately, I spent years of wasted time and money at this clinic.The staff here are miserable, unfriendly and most importantly didn't possess 1 ounce of empathy. It's a very cold environment from tje moment you walk in, starting with the unfriendly receptionists followed by the nurses. When you are going through fertility treatments support means the world and this is not something that I found this clinic to have.Ultrasound is an entirely different issue. Majority of the techs are unfriendly and I found that the ultrasounds were incredibly painful and used a tremendous amount of pressure. Something that I didn't find happened at our new clinic.In addition, I do not find them fully transparent about the costs associated with treatment.In a nutshell I was overly disappointed and disgusted with the service and lack of compassion we received at MFC.

I am providing a feedback on my recent experience with MFC. Unfortunately, I must say that I was deeply disappointed with the level of service I received.Firstly, I found that some of the staff members were not very friendly and lacked empathy. As a patient undergoing fertility treatment, I was hoping for a supportive environment and felt let down by the lack of care and attention provided by nursing team.Furthermore, I was extremely dissatisfied with the accounting department of your clinic. I was billed for procedures incorrectly, and I felt like I was not given a clear understanding of all the charges associated with my treatment upfront. I wasted thousands of dollars on procedures that were not necessary.Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of service I received at the clinic. I had high hopes for my treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I hope that the clinic take this feedback on board and make necessary improvements in the future.

I was a patient of Dr. Garcia’s from 2019-2022 and had my miracle IVF baby in December 2022. Other clinics would have turned away someone with a high BMI, but weight was not a consideration for this clinic or the care I received, which I was grateful for. We had our egg retrieval in June 2021 and despite not having the results we hoped for or expected, Dr. Garcia was endlessly optimistic and our one egg became a single perfectly PGS tested embryo that was finally transferred in April 2022 and became our beautiful perfect daughter. I have nothing but positive things to say about the administrative and nursing teams there, despite their busy and demanding schedules. My treatments and instructions were organized and clear and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully in due time. Thank you to MFC for helping to complete our family.

Dr Chan and team are amazing. We were with another clinic that was horrible and since the switch we have nothing but positive experiences. I see the negative reviews about people not getting through but the whole year we were with them we always got through and emails were even answered on weekends. The staff are all very caring and upfront with information. Dr Chan is great and made time to meet with us. She gave us lots of options and listened to our feedback. Getting meds was easy from here. Parking is paid across the street or just walk 3 mins and park on the side street. The facility is clean and staff are great. We experienced success here. The other clinic was horrible, cold and an assembly line of rude people. Markham has been great. Thanks Dr Chan and team!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for years! We have gone from clinic to clinic and finally landed at MFC. After years of trying every method in the books we took a different route as recommended by Dr. Virro and finally reached a favourable outcome. Special thanks to nurse, Stefanie McGlynn for her patience, support and guidance throughout our journey.
