I got my haircut here by Vanessa. And it wasn't the best experience, she made me feel uncomfortable, and judged. I had cut my own hair before I decided to go get it professionally" cut. And she had this surprised/judgy look

You get the best service there They treat you as a friend the hairdressers are professional no you can't get a better service. Pics before and after.

Amazing staff, professional hair stylists that can do anything. Have gone to them since I was young and never had any issues. Overall a great local business, so lucky to have them!

One of the worst haircuts I have ever received. I have uneven length all around my head.Nothing can be done unless I wait and grow them out and get a real haircut.I had an appointment booked with them and later got postponed by a few days as the person who was supposed to cut my hair was sick. Nevertheless, I finally did get a haircut with that person on a different date.Giving the 2 stars because the whole staff was very friendly and accommodating but for men's haircuts, this isn't the place. I'm sure they do great work for women's haircuts and have good reviews but for men it's a big NO NO.

Excellent customer service from front dest and all sraff. Sarah was the perfect stylist and was so attentive and spent time making my hair simply perfect. She cut off more than 6 inches for me to donate and the resulting cut is lovely. I had a great spa experience!

I am very happy with the results. She listened to all my preferences, and took really good care of me. She ensured my lines were straight, and made sure I was satisfied with my hair and genuinely cared about her work. I would definitely reccommend Kelsey as your go to hair dresser.

Had a gift card that was given to me, was the only reason why I came here.I made an appointment for myself, the staff changed my appointment time for 1 hour ahead from what I thought I was scheduled for, and didn’t even call me to let me know.So When I went in for my appointment they told me I missed it, and that they “tried calling me” or that they “must’ve misdialed it”I went through my phone incase it was my fault…. and there was nothing, not even a voicemail was left.Which I thought was unprofessional…. Don’t think I will be going back again.The staff is very unwelcoming, and every time I’ve went here, I’ve always felt uncomfortable. Not to mention it was very over priced, 50$ for a trim??

Erin is a really excellent hair dresser! Reasonable prices and friendly staff. They also carry lots of hair product too, which is nice.

Second COVID days" visit - lucky Vanessa still working there because she gave me an equally great perm and cut as a year ago. She really knows her stuff! Amazingly friendly & kind receptionist here - don't know her name but I sure hope the owners appreciate the value they have in this lady."
