Kalla did our engagement/family & wedding photo's and did the most amazing job. She made the photo shoots a fun, relaxed atmosphere while taking the most incredible photos! The family photo shoot was a blast, and our wedding was nothing short of spectacular. With her, it was stress free and she made sure to capture every special moment during our wedding. Made the wedding party photo shoot fun for everyone, instead of a chore! You could tell she has a passion for photography and wilderness. Add in her creativity and it resulted in some stunning photos! We had our previews in no time at all, and the full galleries quicker than expected! Very well priced, and would highly recommend!

Kalla was absolutely amazing. I would book her 1000x over. She was so nice and made two very awkward people super comfortable in front of the camera. The pictures were stunning to say the least. We have 12 hung up on our wall and it was a challenge to choose the best 12 because they were all amazing. Everyone we show our engagement pictures to asks who took and where we were. She got first look pictures back to us within days and the whole gallery in a very timely manner, and in the middle of a busy wedding season too! I really can not say enough good things. Kalla is one of the kindest, funniest and calming people!My husband and I loved having her as our photographer.We met up at Devonian Gardens in Calgary for our engagement shoot and she showed us some of the photos un edited and we were completely blown away. The engagement photos we received made us so excited about our wedding day and what was to come.During the wedding planning process I was panicking trying to find a videographer for our wedding and she recommended Prairie Orchid Weddings an amazing couple that works together! That recommendation really helped ease the stress, because they were amazing to work with 10/10.For our wedding day she was great at making sure to get enough shots of us as a couple on the day but also made sure to capture the really special moments between family and friends.She is super professional and committed to getting the right shots! Although the editing process took some time we were very happy with the results. We love every photo its hard to decide what to print. We are planning on getting an album from her when we both have the chance to dive into that project!We hope that this review, and the photos presented on her social media and website really convince you to make that special decision.She is worth every penny!

We had Kalla for our October 2022 wedding and she was amazing!! She made us all feel so comfortable and was so fun to be around. We got the pictures and they are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. All of our guests only had great things to say about her and her random yells as to what we should do really brought everyone out of their shell. We can’t recommend her enough!

Choose Kalla!! Always choose Kalla!!! OMG our photos could not have turned out more beautifully! The whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. We had originally booked in the spring but we kept getting rained out and that was not the vibe I wanted so we ended up doing a summer session! I could not have been happier! Kalla is so knowledgeable, she makes you feel so comfortable and natural - not like your awkwardly posing for photos. She’s reliable, efficient, her communication is top notch the whole way through and you will end up with the most beautiful photos for the most beautiful memories!

Working with Kayla was truly ✨MAGICAL✨. We had decided to elope in Alberta, even though we are originally from Ontario and have never visited Alberta - and would not be arriving until 2 days before our wedding day. After getting to know us, she scouted locations and gave us recommendations that matched our vision. And when the day came, she PERFECTLY captured the essence of our 10 year relationship - youthful, playful, and silly. Alongside capturing beautiful moments, she also captured the chaos (in a good way) and joy of an adventure elopement filled with sledding, smashing cake in each other's faces, dancing in the snow, and celebrating with a cheers over energy drinks. Not to mention, she is an absolute TROOPER for braving the -25C February Kananaskis weather to spend hours in the snow so we could get beautiful scenery in the background.Looking back on our photos, it truly feels like we're brought back to that special day. We cannot thank you enough Kalla!

My husband and I had a lot of fun doing our photo shoot with Kalla. She takes charge and you barely have to think about what to do. She is willing to travel to beautiful locations to do the shoot so we were able to go to places that we really loved. Be sure to pick the right time to get the right light and enough time for different locations. when I gave Kalla some examples of photos that I wanted to replicate, she was able to do so and it turned out really well so don’t be shy to share if you want a certain photo.

We feel so lucky to have crossed paths with Kalla! She did an incredible job capturing our wedding day in early June of 2022. Kalla has an amazing ability to find the beauty in the candid moments. She creates a relaxing atmosphere for the many of us that can get camera shy.Kalla has a natural ease and truly allowed us to be ourselves on the day. The photos she captured were able to reflect our personalities and stayed true to how our wedding day was. She provided us with a great mix of candid and posed shots.We also got to have a 30 minute engagement photo session with her beforehand which allowed us to get to know her more so we could feel even more comfortable on our wedding day.Kalla went above and beyond throughout the months leading up to the wedding. She was happy to answer any questions we had and also went through our schedule with us to make sure that everything would run smoothly on our big day. She also did a great job with location scouting and finding a beautiful area for us to take our wedding party photos.It is obvious that Kalla is passionate about her work and puts every effort into making sure she provides the best photos. Words can't even describe how incredible our wedding photos from Kalla are. She is a truly gifted photographer and as a bonus, she is SUPER cool as well. I was genuinely in tears when I saw our gallery, the photos are beyond my wildest dreams and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Kalla went above and beyond every step of the way and I wish we could get married twice just so we can have more photos taken by Kalla, Lol.
