Center mall experience was better then great! Nahrain was so helpful and super courteous. Quick knowledgeable .can't say enough!!! .these are the kind of people that you would want when dealing with any problem !!! THANKS

I ported my two Sim card from Roger to Fido. It's my first time visit and I get most welcoming services from Elizabeth. She have more patience and explained everything with details nicely.There were another representative her name is Nicosia if I am not wrong. She was sweet amd helpful two.Thank you so much guys. Really appreciated

Where do i begin?!! Adam is the best customer service person that i have met in a very long time!! I was getting a new phone and was upset that my old phone just gave out on me. I got to the store and his professional service was the best, he made the transition very smooth and explained all the things that i needed to know. I suggest anyone reading this if you need to go to a store to get a phone its worth dropping in and seeing this man!

I am definitely Not happy with my recent experience at this Fido location. My sales person Adam initially was great and very friendly so I got my new phone right away. Unfortunately he over promised on his offering, so I made an effort to go back to the store and speak to him and his manager Jeff in person. I was charged an activation fee and was told by Adam that eventually I would see that fee applied towards my bill credit . That was absolutely not the case, so I went back to the store and spoke to both of them regarding my concern . Both very defensive advising how Aadam does not remember any part of that conversation ( so it looked like I made up that credit promise). Manager Adam showed 0 understanding, just stood there and kept telling me how if such a bill credit was given it would be on my store bill for my new phone . Both had showen no interest to look intomy concer or to look into a solution to resolve my situation Told me to go home to get my bill ( however they must have a copy in their system ). I called customer support and I was advised that was not the first time it happened at that location so they credited my file proper . Great service over the phone however I would never recommended this Fido location, especially service from a Manager Adam .

Literally walked across the city through the snow to pick up my phone that i was told on the phone would be ready that evening to be met by a “sorry we closed early today - staff and management” not on the door an hour before they were supposed to close.

I came in and this lady was so rude, and unprofessional, and ignorant.I asked her for help, and I swear she didn’t know anything. She kept on talking about things I had absolutely no interest in, and when I asked her a question it’s like she ignored what I said, and went on her own little tangent about what she wanted to sell me.She was so rude I was flabbergasted at how she acted.If a manager is reading this you should fire her. Pretty sure her name was Nanain or Nabain or something?Worst. Experience. Ever.Looking for a new provider because of this.

Would leave a zero star if I could. Short and simple, wallet stolen no ID no entry to the store. Wanted to upgrade my daughter's phone, minimum wage COVID police wouldn't open the door without showing ID. Worst customer support every. 6 yr client

Adam was incredible and he was a joy to talk to and helpped me greatly with all my issues even tho I didn't get a phone
