Backcountry Pet Grooming

Wonderful job Tiffany did a great job with my little doggy. She handled her with care. My dog wasn't shaking and was calm during the process. The price is right. Very happy with the look as well. Would reccomended. 5/5

I was working in the building that the Backcountry Pet Grooming store is located in, in Burks Falls.I've seen a lot of dogs coming & going out of her shop. When the dogs went in, they looked like old mangy muts. After they come out, they look like beautiful show dogs.Tiffany, the owner, knows how to treat & handle your pets. She has a big heart towards the dogs & cats as well. I even took my own dog to her & was very happy on how she handled my dog & looked after her. The service was great.I would very highly recommend anyone with a fur baby to go & see her about all your pet's grooming & care needs. It's well worth the time.● Side note: I swear the look on some of thosedogs's faces after they came out was like oh look at me

Tiffany is hands down THE BEST groomer in Muskoka!! Our husky/poodle is quite the chore, & he always comes out looking like a million bucks!!

Grooming is a must for my two PWDs but it is clearly their least favourite activity. Tiffany's calm, professional and caring approach eases the stress and helps them look great.

Brought my dog hera here and she was treated like a queen the staff is amazing they went thru hoops and accommodated to my neediness without batting a lash. They went far and beyond I will be back thanks tiff for your professionalism and a quality service

Amazing Groomer. Knowledgeable and seems to really love what she does. Treated my stubborn and anxious Goldie with patience, kindness and respect! Definitely worth the drive to the Quaint little town of Burks Falls.
