Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience with the staff at the Enterprise in the Sandman hotel in Vancouver, they were very friendly and kind.I was picking up a rental car from an insurance claim and the car was clean inside and out, smelled really nice. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in a need for a car rental.

The customer service was exceptional. Ilkay was super friendly and took time to explain the car functionalities and the terms and conditions in detail. The registration and the checkout process was smooth.

The service was great. They offer after hours drop-off. However, you can't pick up the car on weekends...hmmm

This location should have all 5 stars. They are professionals and I had a great experience with ILKAY AYDUR AND GRACE. I have requested a elite car for a special weekend and they kept their words. I am gonna rent again from this location

I needed a large capacity suv on short notice. Ms. Aydur promptly responded to my inquiry inspite it being after work hours. The delivery process by Ms. Mariam was seamless, efficient and an all round pleasant experience.Cheers!

Very good value for the money. A must to rent a car when visiting Vancouver to go see what nature offers outside of the city.The location was convenient, right in the hotel lobby. They explained everything in a very kind and professional manner for someone not used to renting cars.The BMW X2 was very clean, comfortable and fun to drive.

Seamless rental experience. Was emailed a couple days in advance by Ilkay to remind me of which documents I should bring for the pickup of the car. Excellent customer service at check-in by Ilkay and at checkout by Grace. One of the easiest car rental experiences I've had. Would definitely rent again at this enterprise branch

Hired a car from IIkay and her partner for 1 day and had an upgrade. Great service had advised them 2 days before and it was all ready for me on the day. How to return was made clear so no problem. Great service
