Patrick attended our home to repair some ongoing issues with our light fixtures. Patrick was extremely polite and punctual. He quickly remedied our issue and advised us what the issue was and how it was resolved. I'm happy with the service and would use them again in future issues/projects.

I've dealt with contractors for years professionally and personally and rarely have I experienced this level of great (sorry, GREAT) service. It was easy to arrange an appointment for the work I needed and throughout the entire process I was treated professionally and with the respect I have not seen at this level.Patrick arrived as expected. He was knowledgeable, courteous and provided me with every detail I needed regarding the work, including sound recommendations on how to proceed. My electrical questions were answered intelligently without making me feel as though I was bothering him and while he did not rush the project to ensure it was done properly, he did it without wasting time. The work was tidy and when completed, I was shown everything from panel to new outlet - picture perfect.My expectations were exceeded and I know EXACTLY who I will be calling for my next electrical project.Thank you!

Had to share the wonderful experience that we had with Rand. Patrick the electrician came on time as scheduled. Very polite, friendly knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. Patrick was young but, wise beyond his years. Definitely an asset to this company. Please keep him happy and find more electricians exactly like him!!! We initially hired Rand Electric to come and upgrade our electrical panel. We were quite impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work that we hired them again to help finish our basement by installing pot lights, switches, outlets, heaters and even fix our doorbell! Becky and her team were very easy to work, knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend to check out Rand Electric for your electrical needs.

Rand Electric came by on Aug.3.2021 to install three ceiling fans and install new plugs in bedroom. Patrick did a very good job of installing these items. Installing the fans took a little bit longer so he had to come back on the Aug.6 to finish some work in the basement as well. He also installed a new plug under the dishwasher as well. He managed to drill a hole without breaking the kitchen tile. I was very impressed with his work. I would recommend Rand for electrical projects.

Finally had enough power outages bought a generac generator. Call Rand for a quotes meet with there sales person David and decided to place and order. The installer Patrick and Aidian were top notch. Left the work site safe and clean, would recommend Rand. No more power outages for me.

Someone from this company visited my house to do an estimate for a Generac home installation, believe the name is David. He said an estimate would be ready within one week. Over a couple of months have passed and they have just basically disappeared on me. Totally unprofessional.

Patrick and Andrew came by on time this morning to install a 240v socket for me. Andrew climbed into the smallest attic to run some wire, This was impressive and appreciated as the work was definitely done to code. Patrick was very professional and gave excellent service. Thank you to the whole team from Jennifer to David. You get high quality work for the money you spend.I will always use Rand Electric. Hopefully the next project is hooking up power for a Ford Lightning :-)
