Avoid this place at all costs.I purchased a Galaxy Note 20 ultra, and I was told in all the conversations that the phone is open box. The person handed me a folded purchase invoice of the phone. When I reached home, I was shocked to see that the phone was certified pre-owned.When I went to return the phone 3 days later, Skaur107 asked me for a reason of return, and upon explaining her she alleged that I was returning the phone because I bought a new phone. How rude and unapologetic.First deceive and then allege false comments.Secondly, they gave me a new visa for my money because I paid in cash.So stay away from this place.Unsatisfied with customer service and sales representatives.

I was visiting the city and I dropped my cracked my phone !! Ouch !!A friend recommended me this place and when I got there, the staff was extremely friendly very nice and clean please and within an hour they had me on my way back with my iPhone 14 promax looking brand new.I also got a new case from them to protect my phone, and they gave me a discount on that as wellI highly recommend this place

Went to this store for my mobile repair. Very quick. Knowledgeable staff specially Poonam. Solve my problem so quick. Much recommended place for good plans on phones as well.

I went there to find out how much it would be to fix my kids' tablets. The worker wasn't very friendly, he was rushing me and very dismissive. I told him I needed a quote because my credit card company was requesting one to pay to fix the tablets. He told me they were busy because it was a boxing day sale that day. I was very understanding. This is a Monday. I asked him if I could come back the next day, I was told no, I ask when can I could come.back for the quote he told me it wouldn't be for more than a week because they were trying to get sales and he didn't have time to print me out anything. Mind you, there were no other customers there at the time. I instead walked across to the other phone service store. Their store was full, but they had no problem writing up the quote for me, I returned and gave the business to them. I could have understood coming back the next day or even two days but all the way into the next week just for a quote that took less than five minutes. Very disappointing.

The Lady engineer that attended to me here is an Angel sent to rescue me. He took all time to ensure she resolved the issue I brought before her. God bless her richly

Poonam was so helpful and friendly. She fixed the screen on 1 of my phones, unlocked the other one, and shared her honest opinion on possible solutions for the 3rd phone, dropped in water. Definitely will consider this location as top of mind place to go for the next time.
