Imperial Auto Car Wash

I have never been refused the service because it was not clean ( to dirty) for them to do the service. It took me 4 min to vacuum and 5 minutes to clean inside and 8 $ to walk outside. It was to cold outside for me to do so I was willing to pay the 40$ to let them do it I did it for 17.50$ so don’t go here they are to lazy to show up to work on time and only one person to do it ??

This service is run but some old people, they can even work with ease. And they use dirty cloths to clean the car. My car was worse than even before. They didn’t cleaned from inside properly. They just cleaned the glass that too with the strains on it. They took 25$ and did nothing good.

This place used to be the best place in the city to bring your car to get washed. How things change. The machinery in the car hasn't worked for a while now and they have to drive your vehicle through the wash. Prices have doubled post-covid with diminished quality of wash. $35 is now their fee for inside/outside. It used to be $15.

Before I drove into the wash, I covered my change holder compartment of the car with a bunch of napkins. When I got my car back, I found the napkin was moved and money was missing from my car. I called them to confront them and they told me to come back to talk.When confronted, they denied everything and argued back. I understand it’s a family business, but can they truly trust who they’re working with? The woman owner was arguing with me as the two men walked back inside. It was my words against theirs. She insisted that they NEVER open up compartments and that they would NEVER steal. She shouldn’t be speaking for everyone, especially since the car was left alone as it’s being washed. I wouldn’t be going out of my way to contact them and come back if this wasn’t a big deal.They refused to make things right. I left my car with them thinking I could TRUST them. Do not trust these people. They’ll deny everything even when they’re caught red-handed. All they can do is try to defend each other. I gave them tip AND ended up losing more money at the end of the day. Absolutely disappointing.I am never going back here and I suggest for you to avoid this place.

Paid 45 dollars, car exterior and vacuum were fine but they never wiped down door jams. Not good value for the money.

Been going to the location for my vehicle grooming for about a decades both brother who runs the facility are professional and thorough. There been never an incidence of missing anything from my car and the job has been spotless.

Excellent prices, friendly staff and a fantastic job! Very happy and will continue to return.Been here had my car detailed many times, never had change missing unlike other reviews state.

The price was $45! BY FAR exceeds the going rate in the city and the actual car wash is not working!! The guy speed washes your car by hand broom. I only had interior front done. Won’t go back! Used to be such a good place. What a shame.

Got the interior of my car cleaned at Imperial Auto Car Wash about three months ago, and to this day my car still smells fresh. They did an excellent and thorough job with the exterior wash as well. The staff were professional and incredibly accommodating and provided me with the best car wash service I've ever received in this city. Highly recommend.
