I am doing some of my own electrical work, nothing fancy. Once I got to the point of no longer being comfortable, I called in for Dom to have a look. He showed up the next day, and settled all of my questions. He was fast, knowledgeable, courteous. Would definitely recommend him!

A few years ago we hired Dom's Electric to replace the circuit box, convert the outlets and check the house for insurance purposes (we have aluminum wiring). We had 30 days from the date of moving in to have it done or our insurance would be taken away. Dom's was a no show. Called to reschedule - again was a no show... then wouldn't answer my calls. We had a week left before the insurance was going to be cancelled. Thankfully Earl Wilson Electric came in on short notice and saved us. Wouldn't recommend Dom's to anyone.

We lost power at our cottage on a Saturday due to the main breaker failing. Dom was the only shop in town with the part. He came to his shop on a non working day to sell us the part, and was kind enough to provide some tips on changing the circuit breaker as well.

Came out right away to price a job 2 weeks ago (Big electrical job and was in and out in 5 minutes, that alone made us a little weary).. After following up a week after there is still no response or quote received to date. Waste of time.

I called Dom regarding a Venmar hood as he is the only authorized dealer in the area . Over the last 6 weeks I got a commitment that he would secure our part . I called him back at least 4 times and never got my part or a return call . On my final attempt to get my part, he blamed Venmar for the poor service. I gave up. I then found a dealer in Sudbury and got my part within a week. Good to know he is to busy to care

Complete waste of time. Dominic the owner himself confirmed on the phone that he would come take a look at the place and never showed up. He did that two times.Please avoid using this service

Was supposed to be open. Visited location and sign said out on call" phoned number which of course went right to vm. Went to a more reliable business."

TL;DR :Asked for a quote never got it.Was told that the task would be completed before week end. But communication stopped after a site visit that resulted in no quote. It's a shame because it seemed like things were going smoothly.Also no communication about the delays as well.
