The Drain Man

We were fortunate to have Mike come to our home on a recent Wednesday to scope the stacks for possible blockage. Mike took the time to show me how clean the pipes were and how intact they were, being over 60 years old.Mike arranged for The Drain Man to come to the house 2 days later to replace the copper stack piping with plastic piping above and below ground level.Because the technician fromThe Drain Man, Nick, covered the basement stairs with a tarp and hung plastic draping sheets in the work area there was almost no dust and dirt to be cleaned up after the work was completed.Mike was on-site when Nick started his work and in contact with me by phone several times during the day and dropped by as Nick was finishing the job.Thank you Mike and Nick from The Drain Man for the care they took within our home during the piping replacement.

Angelo A. came out to fix a blockage after our basement had flooded. We had received the run around from many other people and we hadn’t been able to use the water in our house for 4 days. He was thorough, explained everything to me, showed me his work and he was extremely friendly. He had assistance from Teehan (not sure I spelt that correctly) who was equally friendly. After a rough experience with the flooding and dealing with so many unhelpful people prior to Angelo it was refreshing to deal with someone who was actually helpful, informative and friendly!!

I had a sewer line back up and Angelo was quick to diagnose the problem. He not only unclogged the pipe but noticed the clean out connecting my house to the city was cracked and had shifted. He quoted me a fair price and clearly explained the repair which was done on time and made sure everything was cleaned up after the repair. He was also present when the city inspectors had to approve the repair.

Angelo came to my house to assess a   problem with my sewer. He provided me with a solution and a reasonable quote, which I accepted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated that and  his efficient service which was above and beyond  my  expectations. Angelo and his team did a fantastic job fixing a burst pipe in our basement. He took the time to explain the process to my elderly mother. They even showed us the roots and broken pipe once it was replaced. They were on-time, efficient, tidy and professional. I highly recommend Angelo and his team for any plumbing needs.

Angelo arrived exactly at the appointed time, was professional, detailed oriented, explaining the problem and showing me how he was going to solve the issue. Fixed the issue quickly with no mess. 10/10 work! My man Angelo came through. Guy came right on time, got my mixing valve fixed in under half an hour. He is also very polite and professional, I am sorry but I am not going to any other plumbers anymore.
