Premium Restoration

I am incredibly grateful to have found Jace Reid, Premium Restoration, when I was navigating an intensely stressful water damage insurance claim earlier this year, with black mould and extensive repairs needed. My insurance company dispatched their “preferred contractor” to assess and quote, and I came to realize that they were trying to scam me, so I fired their contractor and did extensive research to find a reputable, trustworthy restoration company, and an equally reliable project manager. This led me to Jace. I interviewed him over the phone and was impressed with his answers to my very direct questions. He asked to look at the site before doing an official assessment and quote. When I met him, I could tell that he was a very detail-oriented person and that he really knew his stuff – meaning not only water damage claims, but also how to deal with insurance companies. Over the next several weeks, Jace was very responsive, getting back to me promptly every time I had a question. He understood my stress, was very supportive, provided expert guidance, and ultimately, a very thorough quote. I could tell that Jace was on “Team Linda”, and thanks to him, my insurance company approved his quote, which was more than 3x the original quote from the “preferred contractor”. My suite has since been restored to safety, and it has never looked better! I highly recommend Jace and Premium Restoration, and I feel very indebted to him/them.

Christian and his team came in to replace our ceiling after a leak. They did an outstanding job, it looks better than it did before. He was very easy to work with and I would recommend their services to anyone who needs restoration work.

The people painting were nice enough. They were just painting the ceiling as it had water marks and that looks fine now.The issues were they did not call me when they were done, as had been discussed before I left the house while they worked. They moved furniture around and didn't put anything back after the job was done. There was also paint marks on the couch I had purchased a few months ago, along with paint marks in different places on the floor. I've not done any painting in the house so I know these weren't there before. I had to put everything back myself and clean up as well. I would've had little issue with that if I had at least been called or notified when the job was done.

Our house was flooded and Premium Restoration was dispatched by our insurance company to do the remediation. They were highly efficient and already had dehumidifiers and fans running in our house on the first day. The project manager Brad and his staff were friendly, professional and understanding. Brad was very reassuring when he patiently addressed all our questions. Knowing the urgency of our situation, their crew came almost everyday to work at our place. We were very impressed with their service but hopefully will not have to deal with another flood anytime soon!

Premium was called in for a flood in my condo. Brad the estimator was helpful and reassuring. The moving team as well as the driving team were also top notch. Although I ended up going with another contractor because they included more on the scope of repairs, I would recommend them.

I recently had my carpets replaced. Jace at Premium Restoration made sure everything was done in a timely manner. In a matter of 3 days, my contents were packed, furniture and carpet were removed and everything replaced and returned and unpacked. Great bunch of people, everyone was super friendly, considerate and cautious. Thanks again for a very well run procedure.

They are very unprofessional, they work on my aprtment and leave the job unfished, messy on both living room and second bedroom. Then they said they will comeback when they have free time. Very Unprofessional !!!!
