Best customer service experience--hands down. Dave not only delivered my boat, but spent significant time with me teaching how to operate and dock my boat. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind. It is his busiest time of year but he left no detail unexplained for me. I appreciate this so much--thank you!!

After being recommended by one of their customers, I reached out to Brown's Marina for advice while buying my first used boat from a different location. I had concerns about the Evinrude motor and was looking for advice. Dave was kind enough to answer all my questions, despite us never having met before. After purchasing the boat, he agreed to squeeze me into his busy spring schedule and inspect my boat for me. Everything I requested was done perfectly, on time and at a very reasonable price. While picking it up, on of the technicians (Josh if I recall correctly) helped me hook-up the trailer and gave me some new boater advice, very kind gentleman. I needed some boating basics that day and the lady at the counter helped me out with everything I needed. I drove the boat all weekend with no issues whatsoever.Had an excellent experience with Brown's Marina, will return and would highly recommend.

Great and fast service. I highly recommend Browns for all you boat needs. My boat wouldn’t go into reverse. Dave fixed that in no time. Also had carb problems. His tech got on that asap and it’s running better than ever. Thanks for everything Dave.

Amazing location, staff are supportive and welcoming and we had a fantastic time on their well-equipped pontoon. Let’s add on some “Dazzle” ice cream goodness and this place is such a treasure!!

Great spot to dock and get ice-cream, hooks, beverages, snacks, other food and supplies, and even fuel if you need it. I had my 3 year Evenrude warrenty service done at Brown's Marina and I was more than happy with the service at a reasanable price. Thank you, Dave.

It was my first time back there this summer. The staff are always very friendly and now they have M&M Meats available in the freezer section and of course the LCBO availability is a great thing.

We had our boat break down, luckily near Brown's Marina. They had us back up and running quickly, and were very professional throughout the entire process. They will treat you fairly, with respect and will get the job done right.
