I became a member of Intelligent Office last year, when I opened my own practice. As a first-time business owner, the support I have received from Intelligent Office over the past year has been amazing. The staff who answer the phones are always professional and courteous, and have really impressed my clients. When you become a member, you can provide a list of FAQs that clients normally ask, along with the responses you would like Intelligent Office to provide over the phone. This saves so much time as a business owner since Intelligent Office is able to field some calls for you. Intelligent Office provides a big business" experience even if you are a sole practitioner. I've been a member of Intelligent Office for some time now and the service has been exceptional from the beginning. The staff are are attentive and the location is very clean and put together, not to mention the stunning views from the 57th floor. I look forward to spending more time here.

Remote office space has always been a good idea but the staff and facilities at Intelligent Office make it a great idea. We have been using Intelligent Office at First Canadian Place for over 10 years. We get professional answering service and seamless transfer of calls from the office to wherever we are physically working. We have a great business address, our name is displayed in the directory at FCP and we have offices and meeting rooms we can rent by the hour, day or week. Our clients have complimented on the services and pleasant staff. We highly recommend Intelligent Office.

I appreciate the convenient locations and very professional service we get at Intelligent Office. At our location, First Canadian Place, you walk in and the first thing you notice is the airy comfortable waiting area for clients. The impression ... posh. Immediately your eyes will take in the lovely City view out the windows. It's even more lovely at night with the twinkling lights. Many of the offices have a lovely city view. The same applies to at least one of the larger conference rooms. If you need breakout rooms for your guests that can be arranged too and this is part of what makes these offices super. Another of the benefits (too many to list) is that if you have clients who need to meet closer to their home or office, there are other locations. Everyone who works there has a natural, genuinely friendly way about them, with equally fantastic staff and lovely decor at the North York location I have used from time to time. I've been working out of IO at First Canadian Place for a couple of years now. The staff are very friendly and professional. The facility itself is clean, the rooms are spacious with a phenomenal view for the long work days. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent out an office space or looking for admin support for their business.
