Vaping Bear has been my go-to Vape Shop for about 4 years now. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and the selection (if they do r have what you want and it can be acquired in Canada, they will get it for you if you buy a full case qty, or if it is something they feel they can sell, they will just bring it in for you to buy off the shelf) is fantastic. However, what keeps me coming back is the customer service. While 8t does get busy at time, the staff at Vaping Bear so their best to spend as much time as needed with each customer, ensuring they leave happy - with a product they will enjoy. I have tried every other store in the area, but Vaping Bear is the one I keep coming back to. Excellent job, folks! Keep up the amazing work.

Megan was very helpful. I called in and asked about pricing and she was able to price match a product for me although it’s wasnt exactly 100% the same product (different colour). She took the time to explain the product and help me with set-up. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Ever since I found this place back in April or May I always found them to be the best. Tried a couple different places before them but none of the staff had that friendly opening genuine personality or even if the place was clean. This place did! The staff are always professional, kind, charismatic, and always have a smile on them. They keep the place very clean even before this whole covid thing happened and even still today it’s always clean and fresh. They always help me with anything that I need or questions that I have. The staff does an incredible job with following all the covid 19 rules and regulations. Even today I was picking up a new flavour for my vape and I got to see one of my favorite people (actually all of them are) and got to catch up a little bit. I’m definitely 100% staying loyal to them!

Nice clean shop. To bad the owner or main employee is such a condescending jerk.I gave this place three tries, each time left feeling like the dude was a massive jerk. Today was the last time, on boxing day no less, no sale, no smile nothing. Was being rude and short to the poor woman infront of me trying to use her obviously gifted 300$ gift card. Rushing her out the door.With so many other options around, like smokanagan literally walking distance there is no justifying giving this dude your business. Get a grip man and learn basic customer service.

First time venturing into this store .. my experience was absolutely one of the best. Right from walking in the front door and seeing such an organized and clean place and a great greeting from staff. Super knowledgeable, great with suggestions and G went over and above to make me happy as my juice choices were absolutely terrible , he offered me a few samples to try at home and the first one I tried ,candy cane absolutely hit the mark .. cant wait to try the other 2. I would suggest anyone looking for a vape or juices check them out.. ill def be a repeat customer!! Thx G !!

Have been coming here for a few months now and I'm very happy with their service! After about 2 visits, they remembered my name and didn't have to ask when looking it up for points. Love the fact they have a point system, I know it may not amount to a whole lot, but you're going to buy it anyways so why not get a little $$ off here and there? Definitely my regular place!
