These guys are great!! It was -30 and for two days we had no heat. After a furnace repair disaster with a plumbing company, we decided to go with the Tinman for our new furnace. They showed up right away and got us heat. Our new Coleman furnace is very good and we have no complaints. Highly recommended! Make the Tinman your first choice.

We used Tinman Furnace to provide and install humidifier for existing central air heating gas furnace system. Kind, professional and knowledgeable technician quickly resolved unexpected problems and uneasy work in the tight space in our technical room. Overall we are very happy with Tinman service!

Kitchen hood ducting installationUsing the contact email, I emailed a picture of the kitchen hood and the wall duct. Tammy called me that evening to arrange a visit for the next day for Geoff to have a look. Geoff phoned me 30 min before arrival. He was courteous and explained clearly what work to be done and an estimate of the cost. Same evening, I received a call from Tammy to make an appointment for the installation. On the day of the installation, Geoff and his team arrived on time and did an amazing job adding the vent tube. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Got several quotes from a variety of YC area companies both small and large (Costco, HD). Most showed up whereas some did not even bother and just sent an emailed quote.Tinman was the first company to respond, and complete an on-site quote. Of the different people that showed up- Geoff was very knowledgeable and sincere. He could have suggested a larger and higher efficiency AC and cost me more money but with his suggestions based on my house and needs, he steered me to a smaller and less efficient AC which cost me less money. His reasoning for suggesting this was sound.Communications via txt and email was always prompt with very little minutes passing before a response.The install team that came by was very courteous and friendly. They arrived exactly on time. You barely knew they were around the house working. I paid the company with a personal cheque- something in itself demonstrates trust towards the customer.I whole heartedly recommend Tinman for AC/furnace needs and will use them in the future.
