I moved here and found the price very reasonable. Love my apartment and Boardwalk does a great job maintaining it and taking care of any concerns. Not the fanciest, but very spacious and very good for the price in my opinion!

I was in this apartment for 4 months only, from September 2018 to December 2018.I had a really bad experience, I had a ground floor corner apartment and in these 4 months they did bed bug treatment 3 times.I was a newcomer to Canada and had bought new mattress from Amazon in September only and started noticing bugs in my apartment within 1 week.I did not buy any other furniture and discarded the mattress I had bought, and moved out from here for good.

I lived here a year ago. They had an infestation of roaches, spiders and carpet beetles. They were not helpful at all. I had to get my dad to call maintenance over and over again because they did not take me seriously. there was a gas/ rotting smelling scent coming from my walls and when I called they said it was paint? i had already been living there for 2 months. they moved the mouse trap from the other side of my walls and the scent went away... suspicious huh. I had to sleep in my living room because of the smell. spiders would be crawling in my bed and there were huge cockroaches. they also had construction going on in the apartment right beside me and it was annoyingly loud banging for the many hours of the day. Eventually I decided to leave and they tried to charge me 10,000 dollars. (I am not exaggerating) so I took them to court. We were able to break out lease without getting charged but it didn't give me back the money I lost from the furniture and my emotional wellbeing of living in a disgusting building. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please do not live here if you value your money and want to live comfortably.ALSO i posted this review before and it was hidden for some reason.
