I have a 160lb rough fur saint bernard. He doesn't get along well with other dogs but they were able to keep him separate from the others. He's never been in a cage before because last time was such a fight with him but they got him in without any hassle. His tail fur is hard to get because he's constantly flicking his tail out of your grasp but they were able to get all the knots out. So very impressed with the hospitality, the quality of work and their extremely fair pricing. Will most definitely back!

I usually do not post bad reviews of companies like this but I feel like it was necessary.* Quickly got an appointment* Dogs nails cut awkwardly (or not at all).* One dog with burst blood vessels in eyes from collar/tether being too tight.* Paid Over 100$ plus tip.I was so happy to get an appointment to get my dogs a bath and nail trim. The appointment was set pretty quickly and the ladies seemed friendly. Both of my dogs are rescues and one has had some challenges with other dogs in the past but has been to get her nails done before without issue. I tried to explain this and felt a bit brushed off but I took it as them being comfortable with dogs that aren't great with other dogs all the time.Dropped them off and picked them back up a few hours later. The lady who brought the dogs to the door was still friendly but told us that our girl gave them a hard time and she couldn't get her front paws done. Fair. She told us that the service would cost over 100$ for a bath and to get their nails trimmed. I figured maybe they felt that they would charge us more because my girl was not well behaved during her visit and even felt bad at first that she was not good for them. We tipped an extra 10$ for their troubles. Okay.After getting them home, my partner and I looked them over. Both dogs nails looked awful, I've never seen them look like this after a groom. Both were frayed and chunks missing from certain nails as if two were done at the same time. In addition (and most concerning), the blood vessels in both of my girl's eyes are burst. The whites of her eyes are blood red. Not okay.I wish that they would have spoken with me about my concerns before accepting my business. I know that my dog can get nervous and tried to have a conversation about it. I would have been perfectly okay to come and get her at a moments notice. If she was not being good for you, I care about your safety and the safety of my dog. Blood vessels bursting in this manner often means that the collar/tether used to keep them at the table was wound tight for too long. I'm worried about how they will react for the next groomer because of this experience. I feel awful for putting my dogs into a situation where they might not have been taken care of appropriately.I am a responsible dog owner. I wish they had just called me to come and get her instead of pushing on to the point that my dog has burst blood vessels and both had a bad experience.

Highly recommend dogs n suds they took good care and were patient with my Siberian husky who does not like being groomed.

Brought my Bernese in today, they did a beautiful job on him! Took care of his matted fur and made him look so handsome thank you again we will definitely be back

They do so great with my dog, he even acts better for his in between home bathing and stuff .. so nice!

My Sophie girl was matted badly, did a wonderful job. I thought she would have to be shaved so very pleased with her Grooming..thank you

Took my Sheltie, Diva to get groomed today, the ladies did a fantastic job, she looks so pretty now, nails done, trimmed up, so happy with how she looks, she had a smile on get face when I picked her up. Price was great too!

First time bringing my two dogs today. My big dog Charlie doesn’t like his nails being done. They’ll it took 3 of us and I must say they worked hard and were calm to get them done.Gave my little dog Sammie a haircut! Wow such a good job. I am more to the city and tried several place and now I can only go to them! Definitely found a groomer here in SJ!

Awesome as usual. Easy to book appointments and they always take care of my dog. He’s excited to go there.

Kim always does an amazing job with both of our dogs, highly recommend anyone looking for a groomer as Kim is someone who loves what she does and the animals all adore her. Before and after photo's below.
