Being a Chinese guy, kind of stood out here but the gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and said there was a short wait. Of course I was surprised and I am sure they were too when I walked in. In the end, my stylist was professional, thorough and did a great cut! Customer service was excellent and highly recommended. Absolutely worse and unprofessional! It was recommended by my son's school friend. I called on Saturday 12-Oct to confirm that the shop is open on Sunday 13-October, as it was the Thanksgiving long weekend so I just wanted to be sure. I was told that it was open from 11am to 4:30pm. I went there on Sunday around 2pm and guess what-it was closed. What kind of conduct is that? I drove all the way from Scarborough! Waste of my time and gas. I'm never going back ever!

The stylist did an amazing job with my 5 year old son’s haircut! He was patient and good with kids, and my kid told me he “looked cool” afterwards.

3 different times, 3 different barbers did a poor job at cutting my son's hair. They are unable to follow simple instructions, and they have the audacity to charge $15 for a child's haircut. I won't be going there again.

Both Manny and Dwayne have been really good and patient with my 6 year old son who is a bit tickalish and squeamish in the barber chair. They chatted him up and kept it light. The haircuts have been really nice and he has a major cowlick that they were able to work around. The price for a cut at $20 is reasonable and the shop is not overly busy, so you can walk in most days or book an appointment quite easily.

Paul has been cutting my hair since I was 8. He and the guys make getting your hair cut a great experience. Paul is so recommended you have to book your hair cut with him at least 3 days in advance. He can do any style you want no matter the hair type. Designs are nothing to these guys as they are artists with a doctorate in hair styling. I'm a client for life!
