We had a great experience with Farideh every single time. I bought a property with her, and my experience was truly as good as my parents' had been when they bought their home. Farideh is a true professional. She is kind, knowledgeable, responsible, patient, and is always available when you need her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

I called her to get information about how much mortgage I would qualify for twice. She credit checked me both times without requesting my consent or even informing me that she was going to credit check me, which goes against the bank's policy. I found out months later I had been credit checked twice without being notified. I called the bank manager to complain and he was rude and unapologetic, saying there was no evidence my claim was true. So unprofessional!I want to make sure other clients are aware so they don't encounter the same situation.Follow-up response: I was never informed in the first place that I would be credit checked and I was never asked to give consent (sharing documents is not consent to being credit checked, the representative has to explicitly request a client's consent to being credit checked as per bank policy and not assume that the client is magically aware they'll be credit checked - other mortgage agents provide this information without doing a credit check). Multiple credit checks impacts a client's credit score, and nobody wants this when shopping around. Feel free to check your email trails and you will see I never provided any written consent (again consent means you have to ask and not assume). She also refused to provide any information/report on my mortgage qualification in writing and would only inform me verbally, which makes no sense to me. I called RBC and they checked all email trails and found no evidence of written consent to being credit checked.Please follow the bank's policy which is to request a person's explicit consent before doing credit checks (TWICE, without permission!). Information should be provided in writing. It is unprofessional to give unofficial details only verbally, it puts a client in a difficult situation when in the market to make a purchase. The right thing to do in this situation would be to apologize to the client for your mistake, not to deny and make up excuses.

She is very professional after consulting with several mortgage specialists, she gave us accurate information and made the mortgage process smoth for us. The best thing I would like about her, is her patience and availibility all the time.We had a great experience with her, as a customer, I would highly recommend her.
