I was in there today and asked the girl working what she would suggest for juice. My only request was that it did not have any mint or ice in the flavour. She suggested a watermelon honey dew so I bought it. As soon as I get home I filled my pod and yup! Ice mint flavour. I googled the brand she sold me and the first words was “ intense ice flavour “ I called her within 5 min of leaving the store and explained. She told me there was nothing she could do and I was out of luck. She suggested I come in when the manager is working to plead my case. Could not believe what I was hearing. She was unsure when the manager would be in next and suggested to try tomorrow. What a hassle! I guess I’m going to eat my $30 loss and never go back. What a joke.

I recently visited the store and I got a chance to meet store representative named BHAVYA who happened to be a very diligent & hardworking person. The way he put effort to offer better bargain and later did his best to locate my account in the records that is very appreciable.

I came in tonight and Kallie and Dylan helped me pick out some juice flavours that they thought I’d enjoy. They recommended each of their favourites and by the end of my visit I felt like I made two new friends. Will be returning soon.

Hit or miss on customer service. Honestly a waste of time trying to talk to them.

Great service employees are very helpful my gf and I keep going back and it’s the same every time very knowledgeable employees and very helpful as well. Strongly recommend going to this store for all your vape needs.

Don't go to this store, i bought a coils and pods worth $30 i even showed them the product on their site and they give me the wrong one went back to the store the next day and they won't even refund me like it wasn't my fault that the people that work here are dumb and rude

Every time I go there for the same product the price is different I think they should monitor employees

Noone knows who owns these stores. Go to the one by Costco in Oshawa bought a device and pack of pods the lady said if I wanted the juice I get %20 off the juice. So I did. I came to the Taunton location and the kid there said he doesn't do the discounts. This kis has a personality of a cardboard. Total ignorant and has no idea how to treat the customer. Shuts you down like you are nobody. Never coming to this location. Ridiculous

Im updating my review and changing to a 1 star. Im not happy. I got 2 bottles of liquid over a 3 day period. Both were peppery taste and the lid i could not get off at all. Im not sure whats going on but its not the stores fault per say. The customer service from Ainsley is great and i have not had an issue with her (pretty sure she's the manager) but as far as the new employees go, really really bad. The shorter girl will aggressively ask for ID the minute you walk in which is fine but its unsettling when she yells right when you walk in the door. She's also quite rude when she's helping you and is very vague asking for help. There is a new girl thats working there (June 19th about 4pm) that really should not be working in a vape shop. She just looks at you and expects you to find out what your looking for and then can't find it or has no clue what your talking about. Im fairly certain she does not even vape. She may be new, but i expect to go to a vape shop and them know at least something. When i asked her if she had any new flavours she's like im not sure". I had to get my phone out and find it.
