Jim is hands down the most knowledgeable when it comes to aquatics. Very helpful with any questions you can throw at him. Has a great selection of fish. He takes good care of his product and puts all the fish health before a quick sale. Would definitely recommend this location over any of the big box stores!

I have gone twice so far to buy fish. The gentleman there is very knowledgeable and patiently answered my many questions. I will 100% be going back next time I want to add something to my tank.

The owner is so selFISH and acting weird, we asked couple questions and he lost his mind and started answering as we are stupid, we felt uncomfortable, unwelcome and we felt non knowledgeable with his fishes and habitats as he said.My kid was playing with the fish in one of the tanks and the owner gave him such looks that even my kid did not feel welcomed. I do not recommend this place to anyone new to the fish world. As usual Zero customer service in MILTON. Hope he understands and takes care of his business by welcoming new customers. I think everyone must to visit this aquarium shop. The owner is so passionate about his fish. He is not selling his fish, he kind make you feel like you are taking his part of family ( in a good way) so much passion and care. Not a lot of collection but what ever he have it will survive in your aquarium.

Fantastic experience at Wet Pets. Small shop with a big heart! Jimmy is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. We received amazing customer service and information on how to care for our Beta fish. Our purchase was only $38, but Jimmy treated us like we were spending hundreds! My daughter was enamoured by all the fish and decor.

I've been to many fish stores in the GTA and this one is my favourite. The store isn't large but it has nearly everything you need at competitive prices. The owner is knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I purchase from his shop often, his stock and plants seems to tolerate the Milton water much better than any of the other local stores. He has a nice selection of healthy, locally bred and imported fish and plants to choose from.

Jim is hands down the best! We recently discovered his shop and always gives great advice even if it doesnt get him a sale. He is really knowledgeable and actually cares about the hobby and his customers. Will be a long time customer!

Lovely little aquarium store specializing in freshwater fauna and flora. Has a good variation of livestock, plants and aquarium stuff. Jimmy the store owner is very friendly, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Being in Milton is a bonus, as there are no other real aquarium stores in Milton, other than the one inside the Petsmart. If you are in the hobby or looking to get into it, I can't reccommend Wet Pets enough.

Jim is so knowledgeable! The fish are well kept here and don’t die after you bring them home like some of the big box stores. And if you have questions/issues, Jim is extremely helpful. Love this place.

Absolutely FIN-nominal experience today! I'm so happy I went in! So much better then major pet stores and the livestock prices can't be beat! The tanks are well cared for and clean and the owners knowledge is absolutely endless with ideas and suggestions to support whatever your goals are!
