Great Looks Blinds and Shutters
I had my window treatment done about a year and half, the sales person Drew my sister-in-law went to school with him, so I thought everything would be ok, so I went ahead and placed order. Drew did the measurements, he measured the patio door wall 2 inches Too short. His resolution was to order new brackets to lower the head rail which didn't make since to me as we walk in and out that door to patio. However, I never received the new brackets, I have called, called and called. I left a message on voicemail just leave the brackets in the mail box still no brackets or phone call. I continued to call and still nothing!!!!! STAY AWAY.

Blinds look nice but no lifetime warranty as owner advertised. Owner will not return your. Call. Stay clear of this business!

Has an F with the BBB, and a number of negative reviews on Yahoo local. He must change the category of his business (like listing as a hair salon) to hide from negative comments.

We’ve used Great Looks Blinds twice for our whole house (did a remodel). Drew is always prompt and professional. He did the measurements and the installs. He was very easy to work with. Highly recommend Great Looks Blinds.

Blinds were installed, had and issue with a shade that fell down, tech came to repair numerous times, Issue kept re occurring, and tech/owner of the company disappeared and wont return any phone calls or texts...BEWARE
