Bob at Imaginet has the worst customer skills i have encountered for awhile. I gave them one star because he at least, almost tried, to be subtle when providing his advice on how to word your email that you send to him with questions. For example, his response to me as to the problem I was having transferring away a domain was think about how difficult my job is when people send me emails with questions about their account" blah blah. Finally when i cancelled my domain they continued to charge me for services after the fact because i did not email them that I had transferred my domain away. Please
