Went to get a quick shot with friends and were there for less than 10 minutes. We didn’t give a tip and while we were taking a screenshot of the bill, the bartender had the audacity to tell my wife “are you taking a screenshot of the fact you didn’t tip?” Sure we’ll leave you a tip but it’ll come with a 1-star review. :)P.S. Tipping is absolutely necessary if you are providing a service but this guy was doing his job pouring out 7 shots and walked away. Total time it took him to pour the 7 shots was 60 seconds. No service was actually given except that. Millions of people work minimum paid jobs without getting tips. His service absolutely did not warrant a tip especially if we were there for short period of time. Now we know why it’s called “grumpys”

Nice tavern to go and have a good tap beer with friends! Went on a Sunday evening and it was pretty calm and nice. Wonder what it's like on a Saturday night. Will come back!

They don’t have a big selection of alcohol but the service is fast, they check in on you and it’s a fun environment. They didn’t have any live music on Monday but still was a fun night

Nice place. Not super well lit so it has this tavern feel to it. The A/c in this place is pretty great. I went on a really hot day and it was refreshing . Beer selection is ok, some of the menu options weren't available at the time. Beer was cold and glasses were also cold.

My favorite bar in mtl! Beautiful antique furnishings, good liquor and good music. A fun and cozy nook perfect for a friday night!
