If you are looking to stress and traumatize your dog look no further you've found your groomer. With COVID-19 our regular groomer was booked solid so we looked for an alternative, which in hindsight was a huge mistake. Never in the 3 years of taking our dog for a trim was there ever an issue. One trip to Bow Wowz & Meowz in Caledon East and my dog has had a complete change of personality. Once outgoing and playful is now shy and introverted. This behavior likely stems from their lack of care and compassion when at this facility. After taking the dog home we were shocked to find that her genital area was cut during the groom, which required a trip to our veterinary clinic for medications to the tune of $350.00.Do your pet and yourself a favour and avoid this groomer.

Due to COVID-19 our regular groomers were fully booked and we desperately needed someone for our little guy. Our dog came back really traumatized and looked so terrified when we picked him up. It was almost as if we had brought another dog home. His personality had changed and he started biting something he hadn't done in the years we had him. This place abused and harassed our dog save yourself and your fur babies the experience.

Worst experience of our lives! Was our first time taking our small dog to this groomer. First of all the shop was closed when we got there 5 minutes prior to our appointment. I called the shop twice and no answer. Another man was waiting in his car and said the groomer is at home and will be here in 20 minutes. We weren’t called prior to this to be told to move the appointment later or cancel. We decided to wait. She came 35 minutes late to our appointment. She apologized for being late. AND THEN tells us if we want to leave we can. Why would we wait for you to come 35 minutes late if we wanted to leave. Our dog was nervous, when we sat her down on the grooming table she jumped into our arms and the owner or groomer whoever she was, asked is she going to behave like that the whole time. Overall, was a terrible experience and felt extremely disrespected. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and be disrespected!

We have been bringing our Ragdoll cats and Mixed Breed , mid size dog here for the better part of 10 years. Linda is a professional and takes her business very seriously ! Our pets love going there and our dog starts wagging his tail the minute he knows where we are going!She looks for ticks , always misses the skin tags our dog has .. which we are thankful for because he has a lot.. he is older .She is a very matter of fact person and will not hold back if your dog seems a little overweight for example.. or not cared for ..she loves animals and expects people to take care of them. Maybe that’s why some people are critical here!?In the past there was an employee she had that was not the greatest .. but she fired her!

Belinda and Joanne are amazing. They always treat dog great and when I pick her up she looks like the Belle of the Ball.
