My father went here to get his hair coloured. He only wanted a salt & pepper colour. However, without telling my father, she had dyed his hair black. Although he had very clearly told her that he wanted salt & pepper, she had flat out ignored his request. While colouring the hair, she had continually put black dye all over his head, almost sporadically. Once he was finished, he looked terrible. There was black hair dye all over his head, neck, ears, & even coming down to his face. This incident happened yesterday, even after taking a shower & trying to get the dye off, his neck & forehead is still severely stained. If I could, I would give this establishment 0 stars. You can go to a lot better places.

When for a cut and color with Stephanie at the new location. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with, very professional and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend going to see Stephanie, she is a very skilled stylist and super friendly. Will definitely be going back to see her.

This shop Booked an interview with my fiancee and he was a no show.. she drove 30mins just to find out from an employee there that the guy was going to be 1.5hr late.. she didn't get any prior communication from him telling her he would be late. This is an insult and I took it personally. Imagine how he runs this place when he is so unprofessional. 0/10

Kasandra did an awesome, totally beautiful job! I asked my fiance to talk to her and surprise me and boy did they do a wicked job with it! She picked what would work for me and my style! Highly recommend, I will be going to her for as long as she'll have me!!

Had a lovely experience with Macrina! She was very personable and very attentive to my hair, not just treating me like another quick cut and go - took a lot of care with my hair. She was also very upfront about any additional costs and asked my permission first. I had a great experience. I would highly recommend booking with Macrina.Unfortunately, the last time I went I asked for a simple dry cut just to clean up the ends and the hairdresser didn't put as much care into their work. My hair was not even. It was only $30 but not worth it if you end up with an uneven cut.

The hairstylists were very good. My daughter and I got a hair washed, cut and style and was very delighted with the service. Both the stylist look great care and was very professional. Would highly recommend this saloon .I would go back again in the future.
