We have been using K& E for our bi-weekly cleaning for about 5 years. They are thorough, very accommodating when I have a special request and provide fantastic service. Our regular cleaner Aatlanta, in particular, loves her job and it shows. She takes time to make things look beautiful. Whenever it’s cleaning day, our kids run up to their rooms after school to see what special thing she did for them that day (usually arranging stuffies or toys in a design of some kind). She is truly one of a kind. Can’t recommend K&E highly enough!

The timing of cleans is somewhat unpredictable but that may be common with cleaning companies, I'm not sure. Sometimes there are areas I would have liked to have been cleaned more thoroughly or deeper but if I communicate that the next time and make it clear what exactly I want, the team always hears what I'm asking for and gets it done.

K&E have been cleaning our house for the last several years we've always been very pleased with the service and results. In the last while Keisha (and her partner) has taken over from previous teams and we've been especially happy with the work they do, the friendly service and how flexible they always are. We have pets and often kids at home and they always easily work around everything and the results are always excellent. We'd recommend K&E and especially Keisha anytime.

We have been using K&E Cleaning for just over three years now. The service has always been reliable and they are flexible when I need to move our schedule around when we have conflicts. I've been the most impressed over the last 9 months since Keisha and Robyn (Brianna) took over our cleans. They do an excellent job, are always so pleasant to deal with, and are great with our dog. When I finally cracked and decided to add bi-weekly cleaning to the house, I contacted K&E Cleaning. I don't know why I waited so long to get cleaning services, and I'm certainly glad I decided to support a local company!They are always super responsive. Initially they arranged an initial assessment to align on cleaning needs and quote. Once that was finalized... routine cleaning started. There are two people that come to clean the house bi-weekly. They are super professional, efficient, and work quickly.Aatlanta is a joy to work with. She always reaches out the day of cleaning to let me know if what time they will arrive (usually the same time every week, but just in case an earlier appointment is taking longer, she wants to ensure I'm aware), always asks if there are any special needs for the day, and takes pride in her work, and does so with a smile! Great communication and overall service!I trust K&E to handle all my cleaning needs, and definitely recommend you take the chance and do the same thing!

We've use this service for close to a year and have never once been disappointed. There have been several different teams and everyone has left our home beautiful. Leah is our team lead and she is clearly a perfectionist, often doing extra tasks when she has time. She has even tackled our ceiling fan several times, which is such a blessing. I recommend the business often. My friend, who also uses them, send each other photos of special things they leave behind, like a heart on the sequen cushion.
