Had a terrific experience with Vivian and her team at Masterpiece. Our consultation and appointment were thorough, informative and made me feel confident in my decision. My fiance was extremely happy with the ring and Vivian was able to recreate the vision. Can't thank you enough and I'll be sure to be back for the wedding band!

H&F has been my go to place since they had opened. They are trusted sellers and are able to make any custom designs that you’re looking for. Their customer service is top notch and are so helpful with suggestions (they really are experts). All my diamond rings (engagement ring included) and multiple sets of earrings are from them. I have recommended and help lots of family and friends buy from them and I’m always very happy with their service. Love this store! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality jewelry.

Excellent products, service, and pricing at Masterpiece. I bought a rare vintage watch for my wife here as an anniversary gift and she loves it. Louis went above and beyond by ensuring we were completely comfortable/satisfied and even had the watchmaker open the watch case for us to examine the inside. Will certainly come back to buy from Louis and Maggie again!

Came her for my engagement ring, service was great but more importantly they had access to a large inventory and had better prices than other Asian jewelers. Gave honest feedback on my preferences and did not try to oversell.

Louis and Maggie are the best, super helpful and fantastic customer service. I bought a Rolex from them and because of the great experience, bought another watch from them and will buy my wedding rings from them.
