This morning my wife and I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 ice caps (1 Oreo), 1 everything bagel (double toasted + cream cheese), an everything bagel belt and 2 hash browns. We requested for the bagel to be cut in half. When we received our order both bagels were barely toasted, the cream cheese bagel was not cut in half, the hash browns were not in the bag and the Oreo was essentially a regular iced cap with dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of Oreo on top. We normally would just go back and have them correct the order (per usual) but we were running late and couldn't. Now we have paid over $20 for mediocre food and for food we did not receive. Although the location is fast and service is friendly, quality over speed should be prioritized.

Coffee/beverage order is never 100% correct. They are basic coffees (eg. Confusing milk/cream and forgetting sugar). Busy or slow. Drive thru or inside visit. When the line goes out the door, only one till is usually operating. The owners of this location (The S" Family) should focus on the quality of the product

They charged me 18.42. I even left a tip. I ordered 2 bits with cheese and extra bacon. Absolutely nothing else on the order. These are the abysmal sandwiches I was served. Beyond disappointing. Won't order food from here ever again.

My continued experience is that the store after being open soo long needs to update it's drive through as it's difficult for communication of orders. The other thing that's a negaitve is 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm is the WORST time to order coffee as more often than not it's going to be wrong. I'm talking the shift has a 25% accuracy and that's being generous. The other 2 shifts are fine.

Service was slow because they were short staffed, but the young man who served me tried his best and didn't lose his cool. This is a very busy Tim Hortons.

I am so upset with the service!There is a reason WHY I do a mobile order and drive thru. I have 3 little ones and it's crazy inconvenient to enter the store just for the doughnuts pick up!There is nothing wrong with some food substitution as long as it's agreed, but it's absolutely unacceptable to have 10+ doughnuts in 1! small bag!!!! And Boston cream was on the very bottom. Can you imagine the kids reaction when instead of his favorite one he got something ugly not looking like a chocolate top doughnut!!??And my order wasn't full as well, they didn't notice it was on the order....I understand we are all humans and make mistakes.But the employees could at least use the box!!!

Everytime I go there they are either out of food or donuts I'm looking for, which are common items most poeple get, even this morning. They always mess up my breakfast or wrap order they always, i mean ALWAYS forget my bacon. It's ridiculous.

Ordered 4 beverages and and 3 food items...Med hot chocolate had a bent rim as though it was bitten, resulting in a burn...Iced lemonade was half full...Staff was friendly but I doubt I'll be back

The young man at the counter was brand new, VERY nice and putting in his best effort. The small blonde lady in the back training him was working so hard, and never lost her patience. You have excellent employees, working clearly short staffed and you should be proud of all of them!
