Been coming here for years to get keys cut, either for work or personal. Never once have I had a key that didn't work, or have any problems. Fast, friendly, and professional!

Randy and his team put in about 4 hours of work over two days trying to figure out the key for my foreign car to make me a spare. Ultimately wasn't able to do it, but they went through probably $40 in parts at-cost trying and trying again, and didn't charge me a cent for the whole thing.I know a little bit about key cutting and locks, and when I looked at the key side by side with my key, I could not see any difference. The dealer wasn't any help either, they gave me the wrong key code (I guess the ignition was replaced at some point on this car).Would go back in an instant because I know they're honest people who offer a good service.

Randy's installed door handles and locks for me a number of years ago. I love them but a few days ago I had a problem with one of them. When I called and indicated what I thought I needed, the lovely woman on the phone suggested that they try something else first because it would be faster and less expensive for me (her exact words!). Steve arrived on time this morning and not only fixed the problem quickly but suggested that if he replaced a few of the screws in the door it would hang better which would take some of the pressure off the lock. The entire problem was solved quickly, professionally and my door works better than it ever has!! Service far above and beyond what was expected and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them!

We called Randy's to have a new locket installed after moving into our new home. Chris was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and correspondence with the office was great. We will definitely call again and are happy to recommend!

Amazing service. I got locked out of my house while putting my six year old on the bus, with my four month old in the cold and they were there within half an hour. In the house within five minutes. The gentleman that was there to provide the service was fantastic. Definitely give this company a call if you need them.

Randy came by Easter Monday to help me out of a jam. Installed new part to make my keys work in steering column. Great service and very fair price . Honest and a gentleman. Many thanks Kevin

They really went above and beyond trying to find a key that would work with my lock. In the end, they didn’t find it, but were able to open it without damaging it.

Fantastic service! Brought in a car key to get cut here that would have cost hundreds of dollars at the Ford dealership. The cost was only $50 to cut the key. It didn't turn in the door the first time so I brought it back and the lovely ladies there must have spent over an hour with me problem solving until they figured out that the key I brought it had be made slightly wrong which is why it wouldn't turn. They filed it down a little and got everything working perfectly!
