Very kind and caring staff, our cat was diagnosed with diabetes and staff went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure her treatment was going well. They gave follow up calls to both myself and my boyfriend to ensure all our questions were answered and we were comfortable with her treatment.

The staff are very friendly and are genuinely concerned for the well being of your pet, as well as the emotional state of the pet's owner.Dr. McTaggart is very well educated, compassionate about his work and you simply cannot get better health care for your animal.

I've been going to this vet's office since I was a kid. The staff here has always been caring and compassionate towards our animals. Dr. McTagert and Dr. Waller are the only vets that my dog trusts. My dog is very anxious around new people and they take the time to help calm him down before they examine him.

The Vet was very thorough, more so then the 24 hr animal hospital. Her compassion during our stay was appreciated. They handled our family and the passing of precious pet (family member) in the best way possible.

Super friendly staff and vets. Very passionate and caring. I feel very safe taking my pets here. I had my pup neutered here, and have brought him in for check ups as well as for issues that have occurred along the way. Borderview has been super accommodating for appointment times on several occasions for me.

I cannot believe how expensive it is to simply have a cat neutered here. Nice staff, but ridiculous prices! Almost $700.00 for my cat to get fixed. Thank goodness I cancelled that appointment! I am having my cat fixed at another location for $100! Unbelievable.

They were very understanding when I had to bring my kitty in to be cremated. What made this experience easier to bear was the heartfelt condolence card I received about a week later. Cecily made the process as easy as such a thing can be.

The staff were so wonderful that when we moved to St Catharines we kept them as our vet instead of choosing someone closer. All of the staff have been qualified and compassionate and kind in the last 14 years that we have been going to them.
