Jesse arranged our vacation to Costa Rica and did an amazing job.He arranged everything from hotels and flights to private transportation. He was very knowledgeable on the area we were going to and gave us all the information we needed on where to go and what to do throughout our trip. Jesse truly took care of everything making it a stress free process. I would highly recommend walnut grove travel to anyone thinking of going on vacation.

Recently booked our first Family Vacation to Mexico with Jesse at Walnut Grove Travel! I must say Jesse and his team were professional and wonderful to work with. They even found us the best deal for our budget and found a hotel with a family room and kids club! I would highly recommend them.

NEVER EVER USE CATHY OR JESSE AT WALNUT GROVE TRAVEL.I am dealing with a lot of issues with Sunwing since the start of covid. All I have been able to get back was 50% +/-. Cathy received an email in August of 2021 stating Sunwing will be refunding money to a certain amount of clients. Cathy never called me to make sure my credit card information was the same. It's not by the way. Sunwing is now stating they refunded the card number on file that Cathy has. She should have called me to confirm before the refund.Currently Sunwing is refusing to refund me.. even have providing my credit card statements as proof. Cathy is pretty much saying that's all we can do. Sorry so I'm I just out 1300 dollars? Sounds to be the case. Both parties are saying your money isn't gone... But we don't know where it is.

If you're ANY kind of busy, and let's face it we all are, working with Walnut Grove Cruise & Travel is hands-down absolutely worth it. I am so glad that I booked through Walnut Grove Cruise & Travel. I typically have done my own booking in the past but it was such a burden OFF my shoulders to hand the project over the Jesse at at WGC&T. Honestly I will likely not book my own travel again. It was such a relief! They were able to advise on better options based on what we needed/wanted during the trip, AND the total for the trip came out WAY below the cost I was expecting based on my own research. Hiring an expert (staying in your lane) means you'll get the trip you want and likely the best price that you can get without stressing out about doing all your own research.

We just came back from our family's very 1st cruise trip and it was absolutely amazing. Jesse is very knowledgeable about cruise ship. He booked everything for us (cruise, hotel, rental car etc.) and it was hustle free. Since this was our first cruise trip, I had so many questions and Jesse provided all answers and let us feel comfortable before the trip. I really appreciate his effort. I can't wait to go next cruise ship trip.

Horrible experience with Maitin. She over promises and under delivers. Doesn't return calls or emails. She sold us travel insurance and said we have 24 hour cancellation when in fact, it was 72 hour cancellation and it totally screwed us as my wife had an emergency surgery 2 days before our trip. Then they decided to cancel our whole trip to try to get us 10% reimbursement, which I never agreed to. Very unprofessional!!!They used to be great when Jessie was there, but now they have gone downhill since Maitin took over.

My wife and I have been dealing with Walnut Grove staff since they opened. We have always received great service and assistance with selecting our vacation destinations, including recommendations based on their experience and feed back from their customers. I want to especially thank Cathy for her help with planning our recent 1 month trip to Thailand. It was obvious that Cathy had our best interest at heart through out the bookings of air, hotel and transfer bookings. Great job again by Cathy, Sandy and all of the staff!
