I've been to both Brampton and scarborough stores and selection is the same. I'm not sure if the Brampton location also has an employee load your car for you since i didn't purchase anything that day, but scarborough does. You go to the checkout, for larger items u can just tell them what you want and what parking spot # you're in and they come to your car with your purchase. Great service.

The prices are cheaper but quality is disappointing for trim. Bought colonial shoe moulding and compared to another store there are obvious differences.That being said they have lot of products in stock and prices are openly displayed for tiles.

I bought the door from this place yesterday. They delivered into my van. When I got home I find out have the hole. I called to complaint the lady said I broke it myself. I called the 2nd time they put hold and hang up. I called again they didn’t picked up. The answer machine is on. This is not recommend to shop. Staff are not professional service. They are selling all scrap. Don’t trust them when they delivery to your car. You have to check one buy one. You don’t want to coming back . Waste of time and gas.

We bought all our baseboard, quarter round, and chair rails from here. After comparing prices and quality, Zion is SO much better and more affordable than Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Love supporting a BIPOC-owned business, especially when it saves me more money than if we'd shopped at a big box! Will be checking Zion first for all our home improvement needs from now on.

Place does not accept visa, some companies only purchase from company credit card to keep records , huge inconvenience

The return policy is like stealing from. If I buy a wrong paint not tinted. They don’t accept it. I bought a gallon of paint almost $60 I returned because it wasn’t the right paint I desired. They refused either to refund or replace it. I left it to them because it was not the right one . Don’t buy paint from Zion.
