We went there for my son’s first guitar. We didn’t have clue which one to choose. The sales person was very nice and kind. They showed him the available 3/4 guitars suitable for him and also found his favourite color.

Brought in my guitar for cleaning and tune up, paid $100 for the service. When I picked it up the guitar was still dusty and untuned. I was hoping for a better job.

Used to be a cool store but that got ruined for me once me and my friend went to try an electric in the practice room and the manager (I think) came in and started shouting at us for coming into his house and taking stuff without his permission". We had permission from the employee working there at the time to try the guitar and we were of course careful not to damage it

Shawn is a fantastic teacher - my son has fun while he is learning to play. Tim, who has done tune ups for both my wife and son, has done great work and offered practical advice for keeping the guitars in good shape. The other staff members have been very helpful and supportive.

The dudes at guitar works market mall are top notch! Brought in my old seagull acoustic that needed some TLC after it had been sitting for quite a while. Tim set it up fresh and sorted out some neck relief issues and now it is good as new. They also helped pick out a radical ukulele. Top notch service and good honest guitar specialists.

Best experience ever walked in looking for an inexpensive acoustic electric weary of being oversold ended up with an amazing Art and Lutherie that sounds absolutely amazing and at a price I could not argue with, then had them check out an electric guitar I bought online they were so honest and told me I got a great deal they even checked my amp and trimmed my stings n/c if you want to be treated professionally and fairly this is definitely the place to go. I had a really great experience here and Tim is awesome! He spent the time speaking with me and explaining the different characteristics of neck profile and radius as well as pick ups and set ups to really narrow down exactly what I was looking for to suit my playing.
