Extremely bad service. I went in there having somewhat of an expectation. They asked for our sizes through email before arriving. We are 3 people. They told us they’d prepare some stuff to try and there was nothing! They made us look around on our own. I am a size 14 and I wanted to try on a size 18 dress. She insisted that it wont fit me and that the dress is very small and kept telling me I can’t try it on. I insisted that I wanted to try it. Before I even put the dress on she started yelling at me and telling me “no! No! No! Take it off take it off I knew it won’t fit.” Those where her exact words. Also the style of the dresses are so old don’t expect to find anything new. Extremely disappointed. I wish I can give a 0 star.

Horrible Service! We came from far away, had an appointment and when we go there the staff was rude. They told us our appointment was for a bridal consultation which understandably was booked wrong, we needed bridesmaids dresses. They were not willing to accommodate us what so ever. We asked if we could look around because we had come so far and they gave us again a hard time because we didn't have an appointment! I have never seen such bad service and not willing to accommodate us.

Terrible service and awful attitude from staff manning the store. Would not allow certain dresses to be tried on, insisted it wouldn't look good or I would not like it, even though I was interested in trying them on, as I indeed did like them. One of the staff members even swore and curses under her breath. And openly and loudly complained about people coming in when all she wants to do us go home" This is over 1hr before their posted closing time. They might have lovely dresses available

I bought the most exquisite dress at Diva Boutique for my daughter’s wedding, and my experience could not have been better. From the moment I booked an appointment with Jasmine I was thrilled with the professional and outstanding service that I received, and it continued throughout the time I returned for my fittings until the final moment when I took home my dress. The dress was three sizes too big but the seamstress, Yaya did an outstanding job making the dress fit like it was made for me. The experience was perfect in every way and Jasmine was phenomenal and such a pleasure to deal with. Lucy and the entire staff made the shopping experience a pleasure and I could not have found a more beautiful dress or a better team of individuals to enjoy the experience of shopping for a dress for such an important occasion.

Diva Boutique has a beautiful selection of dresses and the staff are quite lovely. I was in dire need of a prom dress a few months back and was loosing hope at finding the right one. When I walked into Diva, I was quickly taken care of and I found the perfect one. Thank you so much to all of the ladies at Diva. I will definitely be coming back!

Jasmine was great right from the beginning. Didn't pressure me into buying and didn't discourage me from trying different styles. Some I didn't even dream that I could pull off. We fell in love with this dress the moment we tried it. I never thought that I would be able to get a gorgeous dress like this one if I had not tried it in their store.Being a plus mother of the bride it was extremely hard to try on dresses in most bridal stores because they only carry small sizes to try on and very limited on what they have available for a plus women to in vision what it will look like on. If stores do have any plus size dresses they are the standard box, straight cut with a jacket nothing exciting. So nice to know that Diva has a variety of different styles and plus fit sizes to try. Hopefully they keep plus size dresses in store for women like me to try.I definitely will recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for an elegant dress no matter what occasion, no matter what size they are.Dress arrived earlier than promised which was great.They also have different price ranges depending on your budget.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I found my beautiful dress with the help of Jasmine, and they even rushed it because of how last minute I was! This was 3-years ago. I took my girlfriend here last week, after visiting 5-6 other bridal stores around the city, and she also found her dress!-with the help of Jasmine again :) They have beautiful gowns and they let you take your time. Some of the other bridal stores are just “too much”-in terms of strictness with appointment times, deposits, how many dresses you can try on etc. This place has the kind of vibe you need as a potential stressed-out bride to be! Highly recommend!!

I bought my mother of the bride dress from Diva recently after visiting a few other bridal stores. I loved their selection and found a beautiful dress. The manager was simply fantastic and so customer oriented providing great advice on my selections and what suited me. My dress came in on the timeline promised and then alterations were also done within the timeframe promised. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this store.

If I could rate a 0 star for my experience I would!! I did not like how my sister in law was treated after spending so much money on her dress, she needed to have it altered, which is fine! However, when it came to the alterations, the dress lost its appeal after looking at the way they were going to have to alter it! They told my sister in law to lose weight and come back again for the alterations!!! My sister in law decided she would get another dress instead. Jasmine told my sister in law she could not get another dress as they don't take dresses back! All sales are final! Beware of this!Needless to say, my sister in law was quite upset and decided to take her dress elsewhere to be altered. As we were leaving no one said bye which is quite rude. Goes to show, they're nice only when they want to sell you something. Although they have some nice dresses, I find them way overpriced! A lot of other bridal stores out there with nice dresses and not as pricey! In my opinion, good costumer service was seriously lacking here!!!

Jasmine at Diva was amazing. I came in less than 1 month before my wedding, looking for a dress and found the perfect gown off the rack. Small problem? it was about 1.5 inches too small in the waist. The alterations were done extremely quickly and professionally (although it was quite a bit more expensive than I had anticipated, at $350 to let out the dress on both sides by 3/4 inch with no extra beading added, and to add 2 strings to french bustle - if time permits, ask around) and the experience with Jasmine (store manager? owner? I'm not sure) was amazing. She made me feel gorgeous, she took the time to explain what would happen, and she squeezed me in despite my crazy short time limit. I would 100% recommend this store, and don't be shy to ask to look through the off the rack options. Super!
