Songwood Contracting is an incredibly honest, reliable and professional company worth a 5 star+ review! They responded immediately to my call for help for a quick repair to a rotted joist that was holding up my entire deck job. Even though they were very busy with their own contracts, they provided help when they could spare someone without holding up their own work. They were up front and honest about the pricing and time frame so we could all come to an agreeable arrangement. Songwood is my top choice for all future renovation projects!

We are just wrapping up an extensive 9 month renovation, of a 5000 plus square foot home built in 1955, with Songwood Contracting. From demolishing an attached pool house, abating all the asbestos in the home and retrofitting a new heating/cooling system to installing Maibec siding, 48 new windows and doors and completing the finishing touches on the built ins and trim work, Theo Graham and his skilled team were up to every challenge. Songwood's willingness to take on a variety of tasks coupled with their excellent working relationship with other local trades allowed us to navigate the twists and turns of this massive and very fluid project. We are trying to renovate our house to be more disability friendly for my husband, who is a disabled veteran. We were looking to move our laundry room upstairs, as part of it. Songwood offered to come to our place, as long as we paid a $250 fee. UP FRONT.As someone who has worked in heavy construction administration: I’ve NEVER heard of such a thing.I don’t know who would try to take advantage of a veteran.I am absolutely appalled.

Songwood Contracting owned by Theo Graham worked on our cottage, simply stated his company did an outstanding job! The biggest aspect was that he removed and rebuilt our deck, it turned out outstanding! His company is very professional, he was there when he said he would be, there was no surprises, the material used was top grade! If there was any questions or suggestions he replied with very thoughtful answer(s), we believe there is no project too big or too small that Songwood Contracting couldn't handle! Technicians were friendly and professional. They solved an electrical mystery very quickly used quality materials to make my home safer. I had not been aware that I was missing three GFCI outlets. The technicians noticed them missing in my basement powder room and my laundry room. They were quickly replaced. I felt confident that I was being treated in an honest and respectful manner, and that the work that was being suggested was necessary to make my home safer.

Joey Michaud the master electrician did a wonderful job with our electrical renovation.He was very accessible, on time and respectful of our home and BnB guests. He explained all the work performed and offered logical suggestions for our project that we did not think of. He went above and beyond with safety and used quality products. He called us after completion to make sure we were happy with the work done. He did all this with a smile and I would not hesitate to use Songwood Contractors in the future for my renovation needs.
