ordered parts for my Buick Rendezvous. the guy quoted me for both blend door actuator and told me it will take at least five days because it will come from what on earth part of Canada it is. I said no problem, gave them my credit card number and phone number to inform me for pick up. It took them month and a half and no one in that place gave any decency to call me that my ordered part were already their. If I knew this would happened I should have ordered it directly to AC Delco to be much faster. I am not going to recommend this place to all the people I know.

They always have clean floors and friendly professional staff.I have not been let down yet. From parts to part numbers that amaze computer scientists they can get it done and delivered. In the parts waiting area watch out for that discount bin it's like Costco. You might need a cart.....

I was just in looking at door latches, and was given amazing advice. The driver side wouldn't latch and it was recommend to thaw the car in a garage as door latches are susceptible to freezing in this weather (-30). it's very likely that due to this advice I will be saving money on the part i was just going to order. Very customer oriented, very considerate of the needs of the customer. I can't remember the name of the man helping me but he was very knowledgeable. I will be coming back here for parts if/when I need to due to their exemplary customer service.

Never have anything in stock. When they do it's 300 bucks more than it costs to order online and takes a week longer to show up. Pretty sure I'm done going here unless they become an actual parts store

Worst website in Regina. They should move to modern times and get a site that we can actually see products and shop. I’ve moved to the competition where I can shop and find what I need.

If I could give zero stars I would phoned all over sask matchewqn for a certain part. Phoned the place was told we have my parts drive 3.5 hours one way to be told they didn’t have it and explained the situation and they couldn’t even apologize.What a bunch of jokes
