Jean-Louis was so kind and accommodating for my poor mother whose finger was so swollen and needed her wedding ring removed. As she is unable to walk well, he actually suggested a drive-by which worked so well. He came out to the car and removed her ring in a minute. We will definitely be going back to get repaired as soon as swelling is gone. Also will be sending my husband to Jean-Louis to have my next big birthday gift made ;)Thank you soooo much!!

Jean was recommended to me to help complete the re-design of my wedding rings. I really appreciated all the great suggestions that Jean made to my initial design ideas. He took the time to explain his recommendations and to make sure I was comfortable with the changes. He worked his magic and incorporated all my existing diamonds into the new design. I appreciated the genuine care he took to ensure my ring was everything I was hoping for. I enjoyed the experience and love my ring!
